Constraction reviews in Dundalk, Maryland

Poor service

Floors looking 👍

Great prices and very respectful

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Great work!!!

Pressure washed my house looks like new

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would! DO NOT HIRE RAY BRIGGS... ENOUGH SAID!!!!!

Very professional, easy to communicate with and prices are unbeatable!!!

Affordable, prompt and professional! I tried to clean my own rug after watching a couple of youtube videos, and I made a small stain ten times worse. My living room rug went from a bright white to nice mix of yellow, green, blue and black. Not to mention, the stain went from being in one place on the rug to several places --it was a DIY disaster and 100% my fault. It's safe to say that, "leave it to the professionals" applied here. A quick google search later, I called Briggs Floor Care and they took care of it the same day. The gentlemen that came to my house were courteous and very prompt. They call you when they are exactly 30 minutes away, which served as a nice 'heads up'. the whole process took less than 20 minutes. They moved my furniture out of the way, and then put it back exactly the way it was after. I normally don't write a review for every service I find online, but, I am all for giving credit when it's due --Thank you!

Rob and his crew were very professional. They took our animals well being very seriously when painting our barn roof. Would definitely recommend!

Great job! Wonderful customer service.

Very capable people at a great rate. Glad we found them.

The best in the business!!! Stipped a whole parking lot and looks amazing! Great work

They worked on pressure washing the floor of the production area in our warehouse. Good work

Pressure washing of our industrial plant. Rob and his team did a great job working around complex machinery and tanks.

Rob and his team have worked on several projects for me. Their prices have been fair and work has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

We really had a great experience with them. They showed up for an estimate ON TIME, they were honest and fair in their pricing (they are a higher end company in terms of quality and workmanship), and completed the job ON TIME.

They installed an epoxy coating on some industrial walls. Nice, neat job. They worked over the weekend so the business didn't have to shut down.
I entrusted them with the key to the property. No problems.

I hired REFF team to work on a exterior painting power washing and painting and they completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job. Thank you.

I hired these guys to work on the building exterior for pressure washing and repainting the walls. they flipped this warehouse in time and did it in a clean proffesional way, first time i see this level of proffesionalism on a big contractor, the crews were respectful and worked clean, Very pleased with this company, fast turnout.

I hired this commercial contractor to work on our facility. They did the power washing and repainted the entire outside. They worked around our schedule and completed the job fast. Thank you Rob and his team.

Painted the exterior of our three story house in Mt. Washington.
Very professional. Very fair price and very fair with regard to additional work not involved in the initial estimate. Workers were extremely nice. Started when promised and finished promptly. Excellent job.
