I called a few times and left voice message. Still never got any response from him.

These guys are amazing. My lawn is well taken care of every week. I don't have to worry about anything, they are by far the best.

After talking to owner of company who was very helpful I felt that my rating of a 3 was a bit harsh. The work was great as was the price! Only thing I didn’t like was they never showed when promised. Wasn’t the owners fault & a rating of 3 he didn’t deserve. So therefore I changed my low rating to what the company deserves and not the crew

Chris and Sandy went above and beyond mulched all my flower beds plus cleaned out my gutters out front. Showed up on time and went over how to care for the mulch. I definitely recommend them for any and all lawn care.

I was told they would come by Saturday to mow grass but never showed up and never notified me of a new date. When I contacted the company they told me that I was being unreasonable to expect that they should notify a customer when they need to reschedule and that I should find someone else to mow grass. Very rude to customers Do Not use this business.

They were pretty responsive on the initial quote and then on time on the date of service. They cut and edged my property and removed some tree limbs that I had to cut down. They moved my table and chairs and cut the grass under it instead of just using a weed whacker to go around the legs of the table and chairs in my backyard. I will continue to use their services as long as they are in business. I am very happy with their work! I have only used them this once, but I have made it known that I want a long term relationship/contract/understanding with them and if they can continue to provide this service, I will continue to pay and refer them to friends and family in need of similar services. Chris and his team at Charm City Lawn services are superb! We engaged them in May to provide twice a month lawn services and have been extremely pleased with their communication, price, and quality of lawn service. They are efficient in getting the yard done and neatly trim, edge and clean up the yard. I would advise any one needing lawn service to engage Charm City!

Sandy and Chris with Charm City Lawn are the best! If they give you a date, guess what it will be on that date! If they give give you a time guess what, it will be at that time not a minute late! Lol all jokes aside I’ve had ground control lawn cut my grass and when they where done, it didn’t look cut and they charge 10x more. I’ve had Facebook market place people cut it and while it was cut good they never kept the date and time! Sandy cuts everyone I know grass! Your reading this because you need your grass cut, well you can’t go wrong with them! I’m willing to bet on it!!!!!!!

Got in touch with Kim on Wednesday, had an estimate on Thursday, Tree came down on Saturday. Crew was fast & efficient and cleaned up well behind themselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Prices ok, internal company communication is nonexistent. The first day they did not bring proper tools. Second day no show (rain) third day finished job . stump was grinded..

Update I called them back because other companies try to rob you. They did a fantastic job in and out cleaned up before they left. They are now called nationwide tree removal. Communication was much better. Thanks guys

I would not recommend using this service. The work was satisfactorily completed and the price was good. However upon completion of the job I got a phone call letting me know some concrete had been cracked by a stump grinder. I contacted the company and was assured it would be fixed. After a significant number of phone calls someone came out to look at the damage and told me it would be fixed. He suggested we wait until spring. Well it is spring and I have called numerous times and have not gotten a return call. Long story short they company did a little damage that could have been easy fixed (or settled with cash) They have blown me off for close to a year. I am going to try calling a few more times and I guess the next stop is a compliant to the better business bureau.

Stella service and a job well done. They responsive, timely, efficient, with an excellent staff. I had an emergency that needed Immediate attention in a short time frame. They came through for my client delivering top service every step of the way.

Maryland Tree Care is a great company. They did exactly what I asked for. They cleaned the yard before they left. Angel and his crew couldn't have done better. I would definitely recommend them.

We had two very large trees cut down, the crew was thorough and respectful, causing no damage to the houses, driveway, and fence. Will hire again for future tree care
