Needed an emergency fix for our sink, went through Angie's list (shows this company is most recommended) and Reliability was very quick to call and offer their services and availability same day.
We had Robert McGee come to our home and he was very nice and professional! Looked like he knew what he was doing and transparent. He did a great job fixing our sink! Thank you for your quick response and reliable services! A++!
Edit: We had a problem with the sink fix, and they scheduled to send Robert back right away (we had a 6-month warranty with the service package we purchased). Then come to find out a day later, there was another problem for the 3rd time (which is no fault of theirs - things happen), and they sent out Kevin Hyde. Kevin was also extremely friendly and professional! Also, had spoken to Amy a few times to schedule our appointments, and she is also very friendly over the phone. Some good people your company has, keep up the good work :)

In a routine heating check up, it became obvious that it was time to replace my water heater & some gas piping. Zach explained it all very clearly. He was good to work with. He did a great job!
