I reached out to Roto-Rooter for a free estimate and am never looking back! When I called another local company to address the lack of water pressure throughout my 1920’s Baltimore row home, they weren’t able to identify the problem but told me I would likely need costly and invasive repairs (like cutting down all the pipes in the basement). Desperate for a second opinion, I made a next-day appointment with Roto-Rooter and I’m so glad I did. My technician, Jeff, was immediately able to diagnose the problem that the other company missed, which ended up being something completely different and minor in comparison to my original quote! He was upfront with the cost and with my approval, able to repair it on the spot. One of the most stressful parts of being a new homeowner is finding reliable and honest people to help when things go wrong- I’m so glad I found Jeff and will be using Roto-Rooter for all future plumbing needs!

From start to finish this process was seamless. Burst pipe with single digit temps wreaked havoc on our basement. Jeff arrived the next day, ahead of schedule and quickly got to work on the repair. He was knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent customer service and fixed the burst pipe with great craftsmanship. He explained the entire process along the way and was very pleasant.
