He did everything!!! Staining the fence and power washing the house do it would all look amazing!!! It was also great to be able to schedule this while we were out of town knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about anything!! Thank you so much!!!

Emerson did such an amazing job! He made setting up a day and time so easy. I had to work the day of the appointment and he updated me on his arrival time, before and after pictures, and when he finished. He even pointed out a few concerns I haven’t noticed about the siding of the house. He was incredibly trustworthy, accommodating and professional. Highly recommend Emerson and his work!

To our needs for getting out house and roof looking immaculate once finished.what impressed me is that this company came back a second day to to ensure the job was complete.
First day did not present the best conditions to wooed in: cold, raining and a little icy. Not best conditions. They did the job the first day but they realized that with better weather conditions they could do a better job, a job with superior results. So they came back. This was my parents home and I was there through the entire job process. Very nice people, friendly and I will use their services in the future.

Hired Softwash Solutions for a powerwashing job that was sold to us with a lot of confidence — the kind that sets high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short on nearly every front.
Pricing felt inflated relative to what was actually delivered. The job was not completed in the timeframe promised, which created real inconvenience. Communication throughout was poor.

What stood out most, and what I can’t overlook, was the attitude. Emerson was dismissive on-site and came across as more focused on his own frustrations than on doing a quality job or treating the homeowner with basic respect. For a service that enters someone’s home environment, demeanor matters.

The end result did not justify the cost or the disruption. Softwash Solutions is clearly far stronger at closing a sale than delivering on it. I would not hire again and would be hesitant to recommend.

We needed to find someone who had their own water tank to power wash our house. Emerson came highly recommended by his former boss (who couldn't do the job because his van/truck wasn't equipped with its own water tank). Emerson did an excellent job getting years of dirt and mold build-up off our siding, deck, and walk path, and he did it all without a ladder (we have the typical 2-story, cookie-cutter suburban house). I wish I knew about Emerson earlier ... we had paid over $200 (for time and effort) to a general handyman whose pressure washing machine was too weak to do anything. Emerson has a great sense of humor and is very good at what he does. He's a keeper, so we'll definitely use him again in the future. It's a great feeling when you find the right person for the job ... no need to keep searching!
