The technician said he need to get a wiring diagram from the manufacturer, took my check for $119 and was never heard from again.

Horrible customer service, especially Joyce who answers the phones. Never receive call backs for follow on service calls- have had 2 prior service visits where they cannot figure out and fix the issue.

Oh my... I don't know how they are even in business. Mind boggling. Trash showroom, angry staff, prices are just average... at best. I give them 18 months.

Tried to call about a part. GE hot point Dryer timer. Model TMD1EM03 and the lady was extremely rude and impatient. I was able to google search this part easily and that pointed me to this store. Unfortunately they were of NO help to me and customer service is non existent. I would not recommend this place!

ABC Appliances are outstanding. I've had repairs done and I've also purchased several new appliances there over the 16 years I've lived here. Their service and delivery people are knowledgeable, courteous and careful.

Our washing machine had a minor problem that caused an overflow of water. The ABC repairman found the problem right away and showed me how to avoid it in the future .

ABC Appliance had in stock the solenoids for my Kenmore gas dryer built in 2001. I had the dryer back in service the same day.

Nice older guy showed on time. Found the problem quick and fixed it. Was told though that they are not allowed to touch, replace, or clean out the vent that carries the air and excess lint to the outside vent. They also, being here about 1 hour, were quite expensive. About $265.00.

Made an apt online at GE.com to have my refrigerator fixed. The work order got sent to this place (ABC Appliance). The Apt time was sent up for almost a month out, and they called me the same day that I have set the apt, and told me that they were to busy to come fix my brand new refrigerator.
Went back online (about a week later) to the GE.com website to schedule another apt. GE sent me to the same place... ABC Appliance... This time there was no call cancelling the atp, I thought maybe they had some time open up, so I left the apt as is. the day of the apt came, I took the day off. I got nothing, no call, no show, no return calls from my VM's...NOTHING. I will never do business with this company ever!!

Excellent, AFFORDABLE source of parts AND knowledgable experience and advice when you're trying to fix that old washer of yours before giving up on it and buying a new one....and their parts are IN STOCK, and half the price (or less!) than other dealers and suppliers in the area. Thanks to ABC, my washer's as good as new (maybe better, when you think about how they're made now!)...and this is from someone with no real experience, just followed their advice. ☺

I've purchased appliances from ABC for years. Dishwashers, Dryers, washers. I have a lot of children so I go through appliances quickly. They've always been helpful with parts I've ordered and they may be "old school" but so am I. You get what you pay for and their service is great.
