A/C went out while we were away. Called the morning we were back and it was fixed before noon. Sincerely appreciate the professional service provided, and would definitely recommend to others.

a) rude on phone
b) mis-gendered, assumed female and presented as misogynistic mansplaining boiler construction and repair
c) tried to sell low quality hardware after requesting top long lasting brands
d) denied servicing the advertised market when he learned that he couldn't upsell garbage

One of our A/C units went out. They came the same day and they were fast, honest, and reasonably priced. The house is no longer hot! Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

My A/C went out, and Russ was there to bail me out. He gives an honest assessment, and I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or tack on crazy random charges.

For the past 10 yrs Palmer Heating and Cooling has been providing me excellent, honest, reasonably priced service.. which (unfortunately) is more and more of a rarity these days.

I shopped six quotes and they beat them all by at least 1100.00 and it also included a system air scrubber to purify the air. Working with them is like having family in the business. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Did a great job fixing my heat this last winter on short notice. He came that afternoon, was able to temporarily fix it that day, and finished the job the next day. The price was not bad either.

I just had a technician from this company come to my home. My a/c froze up the day before. It was working when he arrived . He did absolutely nothing but look at my unit and write up an estimate for a new unit. He charged me $95.00 for the visit. This is after he told me not to spend any more money on the my unit. On the receipt it says regular visit. He didn't clean the unit nor replace any parts. RIP OFF!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! I called during the middle of a heatwave because my air conditioner was out. They had a technician out the same day. They are honest, dependable, and reasonable. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service :-)
