GREAT SERVICE! Very nice guy I would definitely recommend and call him again for AC and Heating repairs

My AC went out and I found them on google. When they heard my infant in the background, ran over after hours to check things out and work with us. Complete life saver. Absolutely wonderful people, quality work and I highly recommend. House is cooled down even better than before.

Installed a new heat pump through a home warranty in January of 2026. Heat wasn't working properly and contacted contractor and warranty company. Scott's HVAC didn't answer phone or return calls after messages were left. I have a brand new heat pump that still doesn't work. Contractor is a nice guy but didn't back up his work or return calls

This company was dispatch to my house through a home warranty and they showed up pretty quickly and diagnosed the problem. Since then, they have not responded to my phone calls or text messages even after saying they were going to show up three days in a row but never showed up. My heating system is broken and it is cold outside and they have shown no urgency to fix my unit. I would not recommend this company.
