Worst Company ever this Company installed my A/C unit and they did a horrible job
I bought a newly constructed home in which this company had installed the HVAC system. 4 years later something broke and only heat was coming out instead of cold air in the middle of summer. I saw the bad reviews but ignored them with the thought that these guys put the system in so they would be the best option to fix the problem. The guy came over and diagnosed the problem as a busted circuit that could be fixed under warranty. He then charged me a huge amount for the service charge and they also informed me that they would charge me again to install the part once it came in. Mind you the part was free but the cost of installing it was close to $500. Worst was I had to call them multiple times to find out when they were going to fix the problem. It took them over a month to come back with the part. Fast forward to today and it’s finally got cold enough for me to use my heater and wouldn’t you know it only cold air is coming out. Don’t call these guys even if they were the ones that initially installed the hvac unit.
Deserves NO STAR at all, our HVAC experience still at warranty period when it stop working, the furnace is off, and a lot of water at the drip pan. When we called them, they told us to wait for 5 days as that’s the earliest date they can fix. We insisted even for temporary troubleshooting only as it’s hard to sleep w/o AC during summer time. They responded that they can’t make any promises as we are not the only one who suffers the same (there’s a lot of us). Having said, we can only conclude that their response/services are very poor. Please avoid them to be your subcontractor and/or company for HVAC, for the obvious reasons stated above.
Dishonesty Runs Rampant In This Company! Do not trust them! We have a tankless water heater from Noritz and it sprung a leak that completely shorted it out. We called Sobieski to ask if they could look at it. They charged $100 which is fair however we asked if they could find out about the warranty info from Noritz. Our tech “said” he called them when he went out to his car and it was not covered under the warranty and took no pictures. Then he proceeded to try and sell us a new tankless water heater for only $5000. Luckily we weren’t born yesterday so we called another plumbing contractor and they were so professional and spoke to Noritz in front of us. Wouldn’t you know it….All The Parts Are Covered!!!! This place tried to scam us and were dishonest so you know what….we want our $100 back for shady business practices and so we can pay an honest plumber for their labor……that guy didn’t do anything and we are going to make sure no one else gets taken for a ride. How can you live with yourselves selling people things that are covered under warranty. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
