I needed to have a tree removed and a tree trimmed as it was growing over my house. I called and received a quick response, estimate and schedule date. Rob is very responsive, knowledgeable, reliable and very very good at what he does. If you need any type of tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, etc. call Hartman Arborworks for the best experience and getting the job done right!

I had a fantastic experience! They were professional from start to finish — great communication, showed up on time, and did an excellent job trimming and removing trees on my property. The crew worked efficiently and left absolutely no mess behind. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and detail-oriented. After meeting and consulting with Rob, I was able to decide how to proceed with two overgrown trees. The work proposal was clear, the cost was very reasonable and the time frame was agreeable. Rob communicated clearly with his helper Alex and completed the job safely and efficiently. All debris was removed and my yard was left clean and neat. I would recommend Hartman Arborworks to friends and neighbors.

I've used a few tree services in the past. Over the years, directions were not followed, workers trying to squeeze an extra $50 to grind a stump down (when it was already paid for), wanting to keep the wood chips (last service took it with them) really questionable stuff. I expected no difference from Hartman. After getting 6 estimates, Chris (one of the owners) came down. I explained to him what I wanted and had no reason to believe everything would be followed. After a conversation and some back and forth negotiations, I shook his hand on an agreement and cancelled my last couple of estimates. I had a few requests. Not only did they follow through, I saw that the workers were very meticulous in their cleaning up of the area. They actually did some stuffs that they didn't have to and that says a lot to me. There will be more trees to come down in the future and Hartman Arborworks will definitely be a call that I will make.

As a local Realtor in Sykesville, I have high standards for contractors, and Rob at Hartman Arborworks exceeded them all. He is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and arrived exactly when promised. The work was performed to a T for a very reasonable price, and the cleanup was so thorough you’d never know they were there. I’ll be adding Hartman Arborworks to my preferred vendor list and will be confidently referring him to past/future clients.

Every step of the process of having my house cleaned was great. Every person I spoke to whether on the phone or via text was courteous and friendly. Kirsten, Lauren G, Casey Logyn did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I don’t think it’s been this clean since I moved in! They were professional, efficient and friendly…..and my dogs liked them! I absolutely recommend them to take care of cleaning your home. I certainly will be using them again.

Kristin comes every two weeks and cleans like we would clean if we were doing it ourselves. Admittedly, we have high standards for a clean house, and she has met and exceeded our expectations every single time. We could not be happier. Immaculate Clean is worth every cent we pay. Their customer service is also outstanding, and they make everything as easy for us as possible. We highly recommend this company.

Hannah showed up promptly and dressed professionally. She had all of her up-to-date equipment and was focused on her job. Did not want to stop to have a coffee break. Highly recommend her and her company for future needs. I would trust her in my home without me. Wish I could have paid for an extra hour. Very clean bathrooms and sparkly shiny pet hair free floors. Very happy customer!!!

Lauren cleaned our home on 28 July and did an exceptional job. She worked for about 4 hours, but seemed as though she did about 8 hours worth of cleaning. Her service was worth every penny in the amount of time and stress she saved us. We will definitely continue using this service on a twice per month basis.

I’ve been doing bi-weekly cleanings for several months now and I’m a consistently happy customer.

First, communication with the company is flawless - one number to call or text, prompt, helpful and professional with every interaction. Emails are relevant and informative. Cleaning reminders are always accurate.

Secondly, my home is always beautiful after Casey B. cleans it. She is efficient and thorough. A few things that I really appreciate: major kitchen appliances are wiped down, fan blades are always dusted, and I really appreciate the way she puts the new pillowcases on our pillows - I can’t replicate it but it’s like a perfect tuck.

So greatly appreciate this cleaning service!! Hands down the best I’ve ever used. Highly recommend.
