We experienced great service with an initial/deep cleaning from Kyla, Kelly and Lexi, with some additional help from Alicia! They were all very professional, respectful and pleasant as they worked hard to effectively address our trouble spots and any requests I had. They took extra care given a member of the household going through chemo currently, and they all wore shoe covers and masks - so much appreciated!

Immaculate Clean partners with Cleaning with a Purpose, which offers some assistance to families dealing with cancer treatments. That is really going above and beyond - and we are so grateful!

Communication with the management team is also very helpful and timely and appreciated.

Kyla cleaned my home today and she was incredibly thorough and personable. I would say more but I don’t want other people to take her since I would like to keep her as my dedicated cleaner! My home is spotless and smells great. Immaculate is a small business that I could not recommend more highly.

After years of considering a professional cleaning service, my wife and I finally decided to "pull the trigger" with Immaculate Clean, and the results were nothing short of transformative.

Bonnie, Lexi, and Heather arrived with total professionalism, asking for a "lay of the land" before executing a masterclass in home restoration. With three young boys and two large, shedding dogs, our home usually carries a chaotic energy, toys, shoes, and mail tend to migrate everywhere. These ladies didn't just "wipe down" surfaces; they truly housekept. They straightened the boys' belongings and organized our general life clutter into logical locations, essentially resetting the energy of the entire house.

Bonnie was dusting picture frames I hadn’t touched in years; Lexi treated our basement and stairs with incredible care; and Heather ensured the main floor literally sparkled. From the polished stainless appliances to the pristine window sills and blinds, no corner was overlooked. Bathrooms? SPOT AND SMELLESS.

Their attention to detail was incredible.

However, what truly blew me away was their "exit strategy", THEY MOPPED THEIR WAY OUT OF THE HOUSE, lifting their equipment over the threshold to ensure they didn't leave a single footprint behind. It was a masterclass in efficiency. The "energy" of the home felt lighter and cleaner the moment they finished.

From the initial prompt communication with the office to the final follow-up, the customer service has been flawless. We have already moved to a monthly retainer. If you are on the fence, hire them.

Immaculate Cleaning is an amazing cleaning service! Both from cleaning to amazing customer service, they handle it all expertly. My uncle and aunt were the ones who have had service done with them and had an amazing experience with the company, however I was able to see and hear them talk to customers over the phone about appointments and questions. You can even see their work posted on their Instagram account, and their work is amazing!

Each member of this cleaning service spoke professionally and friendly to everyone. Each member had a smile on their face. I’d find it impossible for someone to say otherwise.

Abby, Casey, and Alicia not only did an incredible job cleaning our house, but they were so warm and friendly. They paid close attention to detail, cleaning all the baseboards and windowsills, and all the little spaces. Our house was sparkling top to bottom! Having professional cleaners is an investment and the customer care and cleaning professionals with Immaculate are 1000% worth the investment. I'm so grateful for the quality service they deliver, which takes such an incredible mental load off my shoulders. I'm so thankful I was able to hire them!

Blankets were left unfolded in tbe family room and pillows were not set. Bedspread in bedroom was left off. Understand that Madi is not our usual cleaner but these items are basic.
