We had a major outdoor project done at our newly purchased home. It consisted of a large deck and patio. The GF team worked with us designing the backyard we wanted. They were patient, knowledgeable and very transparent about costs and expectations. They took our wants and needs very seriously and collectively, we came up with a great design. During construction, the team was very visible. There were "check-ins" every day about where the project stood, challenges faced and expected completion. There prices were reasonable. The finished product is fantastic. Even the inspector commented on how well the deck was constructed!

On time and under budget. I wish I had more than 2 thumbs to put up. Your family saves hard earned $ through the years. When the time is right, you make a move toward a long-visioned improvement to your home. Contractors can be a dime-a-dozen. If you do your job right, you search/find a good one. You hope for great, settle for good. Green Future Construction is great... just plain great. Uniquely qualified for both heavy duty and gorgeous design. Fantastic communication. My wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled with both the results and the value.

Green Future Construction, Landscaping and Tree Specialists did it again! Five (5) Star service should be included in their name. They are not only prompt, professional, meticulous, and COVID-19 conscious, but they go out of their way to ensure that the customer is 125% satisfied. I am very picky and if they have me smiling uncontrollably even during this COVID-19 Pandemic - they must be good! First, they completed my patio with top notch pavers and now my front step and walkway is the talk of the community and we are loving the attention. Green Future Construction did an amazing job on our project. The work was done very professionally, and the crew was extremely polite and did a great job keeping the job site clean. Our sales rep, Joey, and the operations supervisor, Thomas, helped us make the right decisions as we planned and executed the project, and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the project. We are very pleased with the completed project.

Can't say enough about this company and the back yard patio and staircase project they did for us. Our project manager (Joey) was great! Explained everything from the assessment, design, all the way through the project close-out.

No project ever goes as planned, and a couple of minor issues came up beyond the crew's control (weather, MY alterations of the project), but the team was very accommodating and delivered what they said they would.

My project included some difficult grading and drainage concerns against an existing deck and the house. But Joey's design and vision gave us more than we thought was possible, making our deck area more usable and turning our backyard into an area we absolutely LOVE to spend time in now.

I just want to make this really simple. Me and my family are really happy for the excellent customer services and quality of job. Had a few trees trimmed-up to address safety issues and impingement on the house/gutters. Crew did a great job - arrived early & walked-down scope, checked-in occasionally during the job, confirmed our satisfaction when complete, cleaned-up after themselves. We'll use Green Future again.

From the initial contact with the office staff through the final walk through of the completed project, Green Future provided first-class service. Their 'white-glove' service from Day 1 provided the assurance that I made the right decision by selecting them out of the other 7 companies I interviewed. During the design phase, Ilie, (the land/hardscape designer) created a vision for my yard that exceeded what I could imagine and further wowed me as he walked me through the selection of stone and color choices at their huge design center. During the installation phase, Thomas (the Project Manager) kept me updated at every step and answered every phone call or text when my anxiety got the best of me and he made sure every detail was executed to my satisfaction (and his quality standards), including making sure the design and entire space was fully accessible (for wheelchair use). The work crew were awesome. I really appreciated their work ethic and master craftsmanship. They showed up early, stayed late and even returned on weekends to stay on schedule. The final product is Ah-Ma-Zing (my favorite is the LED lights on the firepit)!! My project has become the main attraction of the neighborhood (from the dog walkers, the next door neighbors and the passerbys in cars)...they all stopped to admire the project from start to finish. I'm super excited for my first event with friends at the firepit...maybe I'll invite the neighbors too! My only regret is that I have to wait til Spring to fully enjoy using it on a daily basis (lol). For now, I am shopping for the perfect outdoor furniture to compliment my new outdoor living space because I will be working (on the 12'×20' deck) and playing (at the grill and firepit) everyday as soon as the weather permits. I highly recommend Green Future for anyone who wants a quality product and excellent customer service (and maybe a little neighbor envy too)!!

My wife and I had a specific Patio project in mind. We quoted the work with two other companies and I wanted a third opinion. I called green future and within a week Glenn came out to go over my ideas and formulate a quote. I knew during those talks that I wanted to work with this company. The cost was competitive with my other quotes and they told me they could start within a much quicker period of time compared to the other companies. Thomas and his crew were so professional and kept us updated on progress each day. They adjusted the design as needed and paid attention to the little details that we cared about. We were told the project would take 10 days, which we were fine with. They finished it in 5 days without sacrificing any quality. I would strongly recommend Green Future to others in the area. Especially if you want a personal touch and excellent customer service

Nearly 2 years ago, we planned to hire a landscaper for a couple of projects which included a custom horizontal style fence and a retaining wall spanning a large perimeter section of our lob-sided backyard. I came across Green Future Construction at that time. The owner Ilie came to our home and provided an estimate within 24 hours. I immediately noticed something different about him than the other landscaping companies I was interviewing. He didn't use sensationalist salesmanship tactics, try to up-sell me on features I wasn't interested in, nor did he quiver at the sight of a custom horizontal fence picture I showed him off the internet. He very confidently stated "Yes, we can build that for you".

We did not hire them right away because we didn’t want to rush in without obtaining competitive estimates. Many other fence companies we met with seemed timid about taking on the project because the fence was too customized, required “advanced carpentry skills” their installers lacked, and just wasn’t a job they could bang out in a day and be on their way. While we were able to find one or two landscape “architectural” firms that were capable and willing to deliver a solution, their pricing was way over-architected.

I reached out to Ilie again and despite my lack of response to his initial proposal from 2 years ago, he immediately replied and was back onsite the next day. We went over the original estimate and modified some details including a custom pergola over the fence entry gates and within days we were ready to roll! His staff showed up on time every day and we discussed the minute details and every aspect of the project as it was progressing. Ilie, and or Iuri, our assigned project manager were onsite every day to oversee the project and convey any small changes to the carpenters and stone masons.

Long story short, the end-result was more than we could have possibly imagined! IMO, both the fence and retaining walls could easily be featured in a landscaping magazine! That custom pergola over the entry gates too… NAILED IT! I thought the final product might look somewhat similar to what we envisioned, but nothing to this degree. Green Future Construction took our vision and literally brought it to life. Not only that, they delivered expert craftsmanship with honest and fair pricing that didn’t make us feel like we were being taken for a ride.

If it’s not obvious by now, I would highly recommend Green Future Construction and without a doubt, we will 100% hire Green Future Construction exclusively for all our future landscaping needs, not only for their value, professionalism, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness to do business with, but their entire staff are also incredibly friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make clients happy, so long is clients themselves are reasonable of course.

Glenn Wilkerson & Junior Valerio gave us a low stress experience with beautiful results (all their recommendations!). Communication was on point, and even with small hiccups in supply or schedule, which let's be honest - is inevitable on a multi-week project, Glenn & Junior made sure every last request/detail was fixed; they weren't satisfied until we were. We worked with Green Future Construction to replace our concrete driveway with permeable pavers, rebuild the front landing and steps, and redesign the walkway from the driveway to the front door. We could not be happier with the results. Every part of the project, from the initial consultation to the design and installation was completed with exceptional professionalism and careful attention to detail. From start to finish, the production manager, Elisa, was attentive to our needs and preferences. When we visited GFC’s showroom to pick out the colors of the pavers, Alyssa made some helpful suggestions which we incorporated into the plans. The on-site supervisor, Andreas, was also very helpful in terms of answering our questions and explaining the options available to us while the work was in progress. We highly recommend GFC to anyone interested in undertaking similar projects.

Green Future installed a new wider and longer permeable driveway for us. They also built a retaining wall since the driveway is on a hill to prevent soil or contaminations from clogging the system. They adjoined the driveway to the walk and front stoop and door and also removed a tree.
They did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the final product. It is a much safer and easier walk from our car to the house now thanks to ideas they incorporated into the design. And the driveway and walk is absolutely beautiful and makes the whole front of our home look nicer. We have not only had friends exclaiming over the look of it but complete strangers walking or driving by are taking pictures and raving about it also.
Anthony Martone oversaw the project and was our main contact. He was great to work with and made you feel like you were in good hands at all times. It was a complex job that had to be done right for us to get partially refunded by the Chesapeake Bay Trust Fund for the environmental impact of the permeable pavers. Anthony was also helpful in making that process go smoothly. I completely trust this company and their employees and highly recommend them!

Tony, Walter and crew did a great job of regrading our mostly wooded backyard to move water away from the corner of our foundation. From design to execution, the crew worked hard as they re-dug and placed trenches and drains, moved soil to slope water away from the house, hauled in load after load of stone and river rock, all in just a few days. We're left with an attractive stone-lined swale that seems to be doing its job to move water in the right direction. Tony was very responsive throughout and sent crews back to make sure everything was perfectly finished! I plan to use Green Future and their expertise in the future to help us maintain the health of our trees and landscaping.

This company is superb. From talking to the associate and looking over models in their stunning Eldridge, MD showroom to the planners discussing what we wanted. Just superb. And then to the operations and workers who made our plan a reality. Whoa!!! What utter and absolute professionals. These folks are artisans and craftsmen. They take the time to do it right. I cannot recommend them enough. The guys Walter and Andras and carpenter Jose became like family to us! What a wonderful all around experience!

5 star work!!!! Only took a star away due to miscommunication that increased the price of the project. I reached out to this company in 2020, and the representative John was perfect!!! Great prices and great communication. So, when I was ready to do the work, I went back to the company. Sadly, John wasn't with the company anymore. The company and phone representatives have great communication, but my representative/consultant Elisa was hit or miss. Some days, she was great, and others not so much. The first miscommunication was when I gave her the measurements of the wall, and then she took her own measurements and gave me a price based on her measurements. Since another company was doing the pool, I knew the exact measurements I needed, but she went by her measurements. This caused an unexpected increase in the price quoted. 10,000 more than expected. There were other incidents of miscommunication with Elisa, but the company always did their best to fix it. I wish they would have let me select the color of the rocks. I would have picked white. Overall, great company!!! Amazing work!! Read over everything, double-check everything, and make sure they understand what you want. Check out their amazing work!!! Nick was a great project manager! I can't remember the name of the manager, but he was amazing as well. Wish I could have worked John in 2020. Green Future Construction completed my flower bed edging/mini wall, retaining wall around the pool, stairs leading to the pool, under deck patio, and rocks under the deck. They did not do pool, deck, white rocks in front of edging, or fence. They do offer those services. I would work with their company again.

We could not be more pleased with how our project turned out. Anthony made the estimate and planning process easy and really listened to what we had in mind and then formed it into a plan. Walter and his team then removed a failed stoop and sidewalk and constructed a beautiful new stoop, walkway, and landscaped gardens in their place. The office team was always helpful and courteous. We've already had so many compliments from neighbors, and it's transformed the front of our home into a really beautiful area.

Green Future was hired to replace a backyard patio and two sets of stairs to a higher-level pool and deck. Street access was limited, and the two-man team (Walter Hernandez & Jose Guidos) performed admirably to bring in and remove, with minimal impacts, all the materials for the job. Project management (Fernando Ortiz & Walter Rivas) were always in touch and responsive to my questions, including adding to the work scope. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend them without reservation for this kind of work.
