We had a tree fall on our house during the rainstorm that punched holes in our roof causing water damage. The office said they had a waitlist due to the number of calls but would send a crew as soon as possible. They called back within an hour to provide our service window of 12-2pm on Saturday. The crew showed up as promised. Jay was the team lead and his helpers were Q and Nigel. They did a great job assessing the situation and educating us how their process would work. They worked straight through until almost 10:00pm to tackle the worst of the water damage before coming back the next morning to tackle the rest of the job. Jay and his crew were very respectful of our home and family and took great care to minimize any demo they had to complete. They did a good job cleaning up and keeping us informed of where they were throughout the process. Hopefully we don’t have to call Servpro again, but if we do, we will know we are In good hands.

The ServPro staff came to my rescue on short notice. The guys were very professional and made sure my basement was dry and moisture free before finalizing the clean up. I am very satisfied with ServPro.

I woke up one morning after a bad storm to a ceiling collapse. I called SERVPRO of Howard County and within hours they were there. That very day Jay and Carlos had the ceiling torn out and the industrial dryers were in place. Jay called someone to fix the roof where the water came in and that was done immediately. He also came by every day to check on the condition of the ceiling while the drying process went on. After the site was dried completely, Mason came right in and patched up the ceiling with drywall and painted the ceiling. It looked like it had never happened. The communication between myself, the office customer service and the men on the job was superb! These men were professional, kind, caring and perfectionists. This is a very rare occurrence these days. Servpro of Howard County should be your first call.

The SERVPRO team deep cleaned my mother's home, including carpets, to prepare it to sell. They did a great job! Everything from walls, to windows, to floors, to cabinets was spotless. The home sold very quickly because they restored it so well. Totally worth the money. I would definitely hire them again.

Working with SERVPRO has been an enjoyable experience. I always knew exactly what they were doing and what time they were taking. I would recommend them to anyone if they had to do a cleanup after water damage.

This company came into my home to remediate mold and removed my hard wood floors without the insurance company’s authorization! They brought their equipment into my home and left it unattended for over a month, running my electric bill sky high….because the machines were running constantly, the plastic tunnel came away from the window leaving my window wide open without a screen. My home was accessible to rain, birds, etc. to enter for over a month. Instead of an apology and an explanation to remedy their NEGLIGENCE, they decided to display a little narcissistic behavior and said things like; they’ve tried to reach me by phone and I wouldn’t return their calls or they’ve sent text and emails and I didn’t reply….calling me “angry” whenever a black woman expresses emotions, we’re “angry or mad”. PURE NON-SENSE AND LIES…and if that were true, HOW WOULD THAT HAVE CHANGED THEM DESTROYING MY HOME?🤔

I was impressed how quickly Servpro came out to take water out of my basement. They worked quickly and efficiently. The techs that I worked with were very professional. I was a little frustrated that it was so difficult to get an answer to how much things cost. There is a lot of specialization and it doesn’t seem one department talks to another. It was easy for them to work with my insurance, so the cost didn’t end up being that critical. However, if insurance hadn’t covered the damages I would have had more frustration with that.

My experience with ServPro was a nightmare. I've never been lied to or disrespected more in my life. There's no doubt that I was mistreated and taken advantage of because I am a Black female senior citizen. They ruined personal items, treated my things like trash, broke the microwave and refused to acknowledge or replace, left my home filthy dirty, promised my home would be restored to its original condition, which it absolutely was not, and I could go on and on. Please don't use this company or you too will live to regret it.

Please note their response and how they continue to deny what occurred in my home. How dare you suggest that I am trying to make something off this claim. Obviously, your team failed to mention that I was always emphatic about NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING MORE than what I was entitled to. Because of my impaired vision, I am unable to and not comfortable with trying to list/identify more details and other issues in this review. I've called and left a message for someone named Jason who did not return my call. It's clear to me that you're not ever going to be accountable for what I experienced. However, I have NEVER lied or misrepresented my experience with ServPro.

They went above and beyond to help as we navigated a burst pipe in our top floor. They returned promptly the next morning to complete the job. Very pleased with Servpro's work. My toilet tank split and water flooded my bathroom, laundry room, hallway with carpeting. They cleaned up the mess and had to remove carpet in the hallway. Very thorough using turbo fans to dry out floors and wall to keep mold from developing. They were very professional and polite. Definitely would use again if needed.

I found myself in a situation in which I did not know what to do. It was suggested I call ServePro. I called the national number. They immediately got me in touch with the local division. Jennifer was amazing a she dispatched two young men (Josh and Jay) who were her equal in professionalism and kindness. They made me feel as if I was their most important client and their worked proved fast and efficient. Positive customer service and work ethics are hard to find these days. These three made me realize there is hope out there. Thank you for everything.

At 7 pm on a weekday, the ceiling in our master bedroom caved in, bringing down 300+ lbs of drywall and insulation. No one was hurt. A call to Servpro brought two service techs within 2 hours. They worked a few hours to contain the dust situation, secured items in the attic that threatened to fall, and installed an air cleaner. They left and returned the next day to remove the drywall and insulation, and staple up plastic sheets on the ceiling to reduce drafts. They were very thorough, cleaning up along the way. They left the air cleaner for a few days, later returning to check on temporary repairs and remove the air cleaner. We are contracting them to finish the repairs by installing a new ceiling and new insulation.

The technician Joseph came into the house and took care of everything. It took a couple days for complete drying. After the job, I was sent a detailed report with before and after pictures of all remediation steps done. Invoicing and payment over the phone was a breeze. I am very satisfied with the prompt and professional treatment by this company. I keep their contact handy on my fridge door.
