Went to the store that was recommended from another store the same store but they said they had seen it at a store they had just been too and they only had one of these plants I went to the store and they got the job done and they found that plant with the description that I gave from the other person at the first store and the rest is history I got my plant. 🌴🌱😀 Thank You Home Depot

One of the better Home Depots. We often come from Woodlawn to this one because their selection tends to be a little nicer. Nice, big, and easy store. Always has what we need. Love their gardening section/flowers.

They have a great garden section and I get my spring flowers there every year. This visit was great overall.I had a PVC pipe I need to have cut and was helped promptly. I just got annoyed with the cashier. He was rude as if it was my fault the planter had no price ticket ?

Extensive variety of plants but customer service was terrible. After asking a couple of employees in the area, I was directed to someone who they say can answer my questions. That person was clueless. My question wasn't that complicated: do you sell air plants? He didn't seem to know what those are and he also said they got their plants from a nursery (duh! I don't think anyone thinks that Home Depot grows their own plants in the parking lot) and therefore he had no idea what they had.

An easy to work with company with GREAT customer service and reasonable pricing. Owner Chad has assembled a great experienced team behind him. I had a couple of trees taken out in late 2025, including some large limb removal and stump grinding. They did an excellent job. They used care to make sure that trees were trimmed without damage (see climbing photo). Fast forward to 2026 and I noticed that a few roots needed additional stump grinding so I could place cement pavers in the vicinity of the old tree. Chad came back out again and was super nice about it. He could have charged more to resolve my unique issue. Instead, he had his crew come back out to touch things up with a stump grinder at no cost which was greatly appreciated. That is how you earn loyal customers.

This company came in to do a job for my neighbor and decided that my property was the best path to get the job done with out informing me. I noticed damage being done to my flower beds and i asked for them to be more careful. They said they would, I come out to put things in my car, they have made a complete mess of my entire sidewalk, leaving me little to nowhere to navigate through to LEAVE my home. I noticed more damage to my Iris’s and told them a second time to please be careful, and in response they said we aren’t hauling out pillows and there is nothing they can do if the damage has been done. How about not damage anything at all, i understand a job has to be done, but making a mess out of a property that wasn’t their clients, and not informing the owner of the property that there entire property line would be a work zone for the entire day is extremely unprofessional, if it wasn’t for my kind neighbor I would have had them removed off my property!
