We went from an advertised price, to an upsell price which I was expecting. Then he looked down and doubled that price. For one room. Every 2 seconds it was an upsell. Even after I agreed to the first upsell. And even after I explained the situation on the phone and he took the appointment.

This is the first google review I think I've ever posted and I just want to say THANK YOU for saving my couch, rug, and living room carpet. After we came back from being out of town, we found out our cat peed all over our new couch. We bought a wet vacuum and tried all of the top "brand name" pet urine cleaners. Despite numerous hours of cleaning, our couch still reeked of cat urine. I was ready to just throw it away and buy a new one. I finally searched up professional cleaners and chose ChemDry because of the google reviews. Ron (the man in charge) was so helpful and even suggested we take our cat to the Vet because she may have a UTI. It turns out he was right! Our cat had a UTI and bladder stones. If we didn't know this, our cat would have continued to pee everywhere. Ron scheduled Dylan to come over and clean our living room. They told me that they can't guarantee the smell would be 100% gone, but they would do their best. Let me tell you, it worked!!!! My couch smells amazing and I'm no longer haunted by the smell of cat urine. I am so greatful for all of their help. I will definitely use this service if I need to in the future.

The Chem Dry Ellicott City team did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning our carpets. In addition to that, the price was fair and Ron did not try to nickel and dime us when he arrived. What he quoted me on the initial call is what we paid when they arrived.

Wow! Ron and the crew did an amazing job on our tired, stained and filthy Berber family room
carpet! They even used this magic spot remover stuff on an old red wine stain... gone! We had our couch cleaned as well... lots of pillows and the tech got each one sparkling and smelling fresh. The team was on time, courteous and quick.... totally worth the $. Thanks guys!!
