I am just a homeowner who learns to fix things by watching YouTube. I went in looking to buy a replacement Flush Valve kit. The staff went out of their way to make sure I bought the right product. The piece was exactly what I needed.

We had a sudden leak on one of our valves, among a few other plumbing questions around the house. After some research, we settled on Catons Plumbing and made an appointment.

Jason was assigned to the call and arrived later in the evening. He was incredibly professional, patient and offered a very good price for a solid solution he had devised to replace a line of old piping with new type L copper so we had more piece of mind and trust in the piping behind the walls.

The job was ultimately done quickly, affordably and efficiently despite a few hangups, and we will definitely be using Catons Plumbing and hopefully Jason in the near future for some other rejuvenation and repair projects around the home.

Bruce arrived soon after my call, diagnosed the issue, and had my new water heater installed straight away. He was professional, fair, and honest. Very satisfied with his work!

After Len The Plumber no-showed my appointment on a Sunday, rescheduled for today and were late, I had to call and cancel. Catons Plumbing was extremely responsive and had someone to my home within the hour.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and they came out very quickly. Allen, the Restoration Specialist was great. He made sure he identified the problem area before he left. Dave, the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. Would definitely recommend and use this company for our future plumbing needs.

I called to have my bathtub drain unclogged. Scheduling was very easy and the person I talked to was very nice and professional. My original appointment window was 4pm-8pm yesterday. I got a call stating technicians were running behind and may not get to me until close to 8pm or maybe a little later but they would keep me updated. A little after 8pm I got a call stating they still didn't have a technician available but someone could still come out. I chose to reschedule until the following day. This morning I received a call 30 minutes before my window stating a technician would be out within an hour. Darryl, the technician, came right as scheduled. He thoroughly explained what may be the issue and the options available to fix it. He was able to fix it within 30 minutes and even showed me pictures of what was causing the blockage. I have used this company several times in the past and will continue to do so for my plumbing needs.

My experience was pleasant from the beginning to the end. My technician did an inspection, explained the issue and explained the steps to resolve the issue. He replaced a portion of my main water shut off valve the same day and at an affordable price. I will use this Caton again.

I was very pleased with the technician , Ram. He was reasonable in price range doing a very efficient job. Also, he made pertinent suggestions to help with minor issues. I found him professional, accommodating and not pressured to do more than necessary. If he is representative of the company I would not hesitate to use again.
