Great service and easy to book! Everything was super easy and K-lan did a great job, he was very thorough and didn't miss anything. He even gave me some additional information about treatments. I will be using Mosquito Squad again.

After several innefectual, disappointing services through other companies over the last 3 summers, and subsequently being eaten alive by mosquitoes every year, we decided to try a new company. Extremely impressive! Zachary was very professional and pleasant to work with, and we were very impressed with the results. 10/10, would definitely recommend

Johnnell was very respectful, prompt, gave clear detailed directions but overall you could tell he cares about his line of work.

Zach came to my house after what had to have been the biggest hatching event of the century. Imagine walking outside and 15 bajillion mosquitos instantly eating you alive and surviving every chemical weapon you throw at them.

Well Zach came out like a warrior that has bested even the worst of infestations and massacred them all... I wouldn't be surprised if later in life the lucky few descendants of this blood bath come back and murder Zach in his sleep for the atrocities he committed.

10/10 can enjoy my yard and garden again. Honestly amazing job young man, very happy with your work and your company.

Update- I was able to enjoy my back yard with only 1 mosquito in sight!! I normally have 5+ bites within 20 mins of being outside but this weekend I was out for hours and only got 2!! This was so worth it for me. Happy customer!
This was my first treatment so TBD on how well it does. But the tech was super nice, respectful and helpful with any questions I had. Excited to enjoy my yard and not be a mosquitos dinner haha

Can’t find my original review. We were VERY upset about when we had over seeding and aeration done in Fall of 2022. They got right next to our garden and at least a food all the way around out garden got seeded and it took months to get out all that grass. I’m still fighting it today.
But other than that, our grass looks great. We still have some areas that will need work done but it’s a lot different than how our grass was. Most of our yard was covered in weeds.
The office people don’t seem to respond and they always don’t seem well informed. Depending on who you talk to, they give you different information.
When it comes to the tech who actually come out and do the work (other than the last aeration and over seeding we got done) they are great. They send very informative invoices after each service, which is helpful so we know what needs to be done or improved on.
So we will continue using them for at least another year, as they suggested, to get the best we can out of our lawn.

TruGreen & Technician Kyle Kassman have been great in paying attention to the issues of my lawn. The service has been excellent.

Tru Green has treated me well. They have taken a yard with issues and made it healthy looking. I didn't see it at first but now it's taken place. I appreciate it!!

I observed the most complete lawn application today. I have witnessed many Tru Green lawn applications over the years, today's was the best and I have no complaints. Truly the technician saved the account with Tru Green, because I have been displeased with the lawn service. I wish the technician could do every application, he did an expert job and I can say today I have no complaints. Thank you Bryan Eaton, you are a true professional.

I will try to not be long winded, but here's the story. I could not give 1 star, because their phone reception people are actually pretty good - no rudeness and fair communication skills... but he's the deal: you CANNOT reach your local office or dispatch. I had ONE simple request - I need to meet technician on site and I needed 1.5 hour notice to be able to come back from the office. They showed up on the property... 6 times on 6 different days. The tech called me ONCE. And only AFTER he showed up - to apologize that he didn't read special instructions.
I was never able to talk to management - they just do not connect you. In addition to that, I CLEARLY communicated that I will need only ONE initial service that they quoted me at $264. The day after I made reservation I was charged over$600 and had to waist almost 2 hours on the phone getting a refund.
Nightmare. Had to cancel and will never call them again.

Troy was good enough to spend 5 minutes on the phone with me explaining different type of grasses and the difficulties with treating each, I appreciated his time. I can't speak to the results as of yet because he just did the application but I feel confident there will be positive results given the perfect weather for Weed treatment

He was GREAT!!!! Very detailed, paid special attention to the bushes. They bushes are usually loaded with bugs. I appreciate the attention he gave to the bushes. Please send the guy back if possible

Mike took his time and was very detailed. This is the second time having him on this route and I can tell the passion that he takes in his work. Very thrilled with my progress so far.
