My plumber was Mike Boone. He was here quickly. Examined the problem and took care of it right away. He was kind, experienced and explained everything so that this 70 yr old lady could understand. I liked the service and if ever needed again I will be calling and asking for Mike.

I met this company’s project manager at the the Timonium Home and Garden Show and discussed my hot water tank heating issues. He suggested a flush (which had not been done since its install) so I called and scheduled an appointment. Patrick called just prior to arrival (which I appreciate) and after a lengthy discussion about potential technical problems I decided to go with the flush. Patrick was extremely professional, engaging and thorough in conducting the flush. I’m responding to this survey before the tank has fully heated back up and the sediment has settled. I’m hopefully confident by the end of the dat the hot water tank will be working optimally. I guess if I don’t follow up it is! Based on three interactions with this company (including Kayla in the office) I would recommend Hughes Mechanical for future work in our home. Thanks, again, Patrick, Chad and Kayla.

Zero communication of work performed or when the tech would be entering my apartment. I was to receive email or call regarding consent to enter my apartment. This was discussed with Hughes Mechanical before setting up the appointment.
To whoever the technician was thank you for leaving a mess and a complete disregard to personal property. Several items moved around in the unit and not put back. Bathroom rug thrown in the shower and HVAC filter left in the living room and not disposed. Lastly, the HVAC issue was not resolved. It seemed the only thing that was done was replacing a filter. Great work!! Don’t waste your time. Would not recommend.
