Comfort Air came out to repair our heating system same day. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and patient with me as I went thru my list of questions. We will definitely be using them again.

Dave and Jason came out within a couple hours of our emergency service call, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it with no hassle. Great job, very impressed, will definitely be a customer going forward

I have used Comfort Air twice in the last couple of years and I’m extremely impressed. The staff is on time, very knowledgeable and they diagnose and fix the problem (correctly) in an a very timely matter. Most of all though, their rates are very reasonable. It’s a company that has earned my trust and I highly recommend them!

Fast, courteous service. Heat issue was repaired in about 3 hours from the initial call. Dave, the technician, was outstanding.

Can’t say enough great things about Scott and his team. Have used them several times for various projects. This past project was my personal home system. Within hours of noticing a problem with my heat pump someone was out to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately for me, my heat pump needed to be replaced. With their product knowledge they determined for my needs and comfort desires that a new inverter heat pump would be best suited for my home. Fast forward just a few days and his team installed both a new inverter heat pump as well as its matching interior furnace as well as adding a few safety improvements my old system was lacking. Strongly recommended them for all your hvac needs, big or small

Very knowledgeable, courteous, Service techs. They Quickly identified the problem, they made a temporary repairs to return my MIL heat while awaiting parts. Parts arrived in 2 days and they returned and completed the final repair. Very reasonably priced repair and I was very happy with their service.

Do not use this service. I called for a free estimate and had someone answer the door. The person then charged her $149 for diagnostics. I was not informed of anything of this. I’m the sole proprietor of the property and it’s my call and my consent that needs to be given. I should have been notified before anything happened.
These people do not stand by their free estimate or client confidentiality or consent. For the record they were not even able to fix the problem because they didn't have the part so I never got my problem fixed. It's shame because the technicians are intelligent and know how to fix problems but the way they handle transactions are bad. I ended up using Horizon Services instead.
