I am enjoying the heat now because of you.

If you want quality work done at a great price, this company is the one for you. Thank you for your quick scheduling and work with re-routing Central Air/Oil lines!

Aj provided EXCELLENT service. Our ac went out and he came directly to us. Was friendly, professional and informational keeping us updated as he worked to fix our problem.

Came back next day (it was late at night when we first called for him to come out) with part and completed the job.

3 weeks later we came at another issue… Aj once again came immediately and made sure we had our ac at 100% for this 107• day

I cannot even begin to explain how phenomenal my experience with APJ was. Tuesday the 18th of June we turned on our ac for the first time of the season and no cold air came out, I googled and opened her up, cleaned the debris out and cleaned the coils- still nothing. Wednesday the 19th of June I called APJ at 730 and they were able to fit me in same day at 6pm, they called back due to an opening and got to me by 1pm same day! After inspecting they left to go to the parts store in Essex, (I live in Harford county), and returned by 6pm to resume their tests and diagnosis. No freon, filled the freon, rebooted the system, it lived- for 5 minutes. We tried again and once more, they truly did everything in their power to actually fix our system and not just jump to the dreaded more expensive upsell of a system replacement. We needed a new compressor, but after speaking with oir technician AJ we went the route of a full system replacement due to the age of the home and unit. Thursday the 20th of June our new system was delivered into our garage and the old system was removed, they even brought over a stand alone ac until because they didn't want our kids to roast in the late June heat! Friday the 21st of June the unit was fully installed, vacuum sealed, filled up and charged. We had AC!! Saturday the 22nd of June AJ came by and cleared out the old unit. Not only did APJ do everything possible to save our existing unit, they put a full press on to get us up and running as fast as humanly possible. AJ not only tired to genuinely help us, but he explained every step of the process and clearly laid out our options in a realistic and honest manner. Extremely knowledgeable and amazingly pleasant- they even took (short) breaks to talk to my super curious kids. I would send this company to help out my own Grandmother with a pre signed blank check, that is how much trust AJ has earned with me. 10/10 AJ took a rough situation and saved the day with transparency, honesty, kindness, and late hours. THANK YOU AJ!!!
