Highly recommend. I called 8:00 am to ask if someone could come out to snake our basement drain. By 9:00 someone was here, by 9:45 our problem was fixed. I’m so grateful.

The cicadas clogged up our French drain in the cellar stairwell. Called on Friday night and with apologies that he couldn’t get there that night, Matt was able to be here first thing in the morning. Took his time, fixed the issue and explained a few things to us. Super reasonable fees for a holiday weekend and emergency service!!

I called Drain Works at 8am with water backing up into the basement. They sent someone out right away to look at the problem. Ryan and Kyle. They were great and had our pipes free and clear in record time. Highly recommended.

I was referred to drain works by someone that I use as a handyman. It was a really good experience. They were prompt and they told me when they would be here and they were courteous and thorough. I didn't think it was going to be a very involved job but it turned out to be. They were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs

My mother's drain from septic to the house was stopped up. She called DrainWorks and they told her they would call her back in 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes she received a phone call. Very responsive. Two gentlemen showed up at 10:15 and left at 12:00 and worked all that time to get the drained cleaned out. Very polite and knowledgeable. She would hire them again.

We had an emergency clog with the toilet in the morning and Matt at Drain Works was able to fit me in the same afternoon. The tech spent about 20 minutes, unclogged our toilet, told us the cause, and gave us advice on when to pump the septic. Professional, speedy, and affordable.

Excellent service....and all on a Friday afternoon! Had originally called Horizon but they couldn't come until Tuesday. Then we called locally to Drain Work's. They said they would have someone call us back and it wasn't 15 minutes later and the call came. From the time we called until the job was finished, barely 2 hours had passed. Would highly recommend

As a new home owner, when I have plumbing problems, I want them fixed immediately. Drain Works is a LOCAL company who provides a real down to earth customer service. They have a great sense of urgency to come out right away. There's never been an issue that they haven't been able to resolve. I would recommend them to anyone who is ever in need for a local plumber.

Sunday morning my kitchen sink was clogged I pulled off the trap and found that the clog was further down the pipe. I originally called apple plumbing and that’s where I made my mistake they charged me $400 and they were here for 2 hours using a snake to try to unclog my sink I told them to leave. I called drain works and they came out the next day and Dustin and his helper were awesome they came in and immediately fixed the issue for less then half the price of apple. I would use again and will refer them to anyone I know because it was that great of a experience.they were done in 30 minutes or so and Dustin definitely knew what he was doing . Don’t make the same mistake I did. Call this company.

Drain Works was professional and timely. Their technician Ryan spent just an extra 10-15 minutes helping me understand my problem, but it made all the difference in the world. Service was great and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

They came out then broke my clean out and left, said they will come back tomorrow, I said so the residents can’t use the bathroom or run water he said No, please do not use this company.
