Zach came out to evaluate some electrical issues we were having under out sink. He spotted some problems and installed some new outlets. He was very professional and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars overall had nothing to do with Zach: He was 5 stars all the way! The dispatchers, though, couldn't get him to the right address. I had to go out to the main road, then guide him back to our place.

Ray and his trainee (Zack I believe) were friendly and caring. Ray explained all of the options available to us and made meaningful recommendations. They had a struggle with our old hot water heater, but we're able to complete the job as outlined. All of the new plumbing work was neat and tidy. Very pleased with their work.

Ben arrived early and was very polite, and professional. He got to working on the repair right away. He helped me get set up with the maintenance plan membership which helped save me money on the repair. I was extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable Ben was. He had our cooling restored and my family happy within an hour. Overall, this experience was very pleasant and I would recommend this company and technician for services.

Chad was excellent. He came out to the house and used his equipment to identify where the propane leak was coming from, which to me confirmed the leak bc it was the same spot the fire dept identified hours before. He replaced two valves and confirmed the leak is sealed with his meter.

Made repairs to toilet but unable to clear clog. Had to rent large snake machine. Should have one available same day. Had to return next day with machine and add'l charges to complete job. Cleanup was not thorough. Water holding tank on toilet loose and wiggling. I contacted Chad and he said he would be out today to fix. I looked at it last night and found two of three tank bolts loose. Informed Chad that I didn't need him to come this morning as I tightened bolts and fixed the issue. All and all I'm ok with work but it seems to me that I was overcharged for a toilet rebuild and a clearing of a clog.
