Zach came out to evaluate some electrical issues we were having under out sink. He spotted some problems and installed some new outlets. He was very professional and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars overall had nothing to do with Zach: He was 5 stars all the way! The dispatchers, though, couldn't get him to the right address. I had to go out to the main road, then guide him back to our place.

They had a struggle with our old hot water heater, but we're able to complete the job as outlined. All of the new plumbing work was neat and tidy. Very pleased with their work.
