Sears repair showed up when scheduled and needed to order additional parts and a new compressor as the first one was defective. So waiting on parts to be delivered and installed.

Fezil was assigned through my home warranty. I received a text that he was on his way, location never updated. He called and I missed the call, called him back 5 minutes later. He never responded and updated my appointment as finished. I even received an email saying that I signed paperwork to finish the appointment. I never saw him, he never saw the equipment.

For the cost of the labor I could have brought a New Refrigerator for that price on-line, the service is alright, but after waiting All Day Monday for a No Show from 7am-5pm, the communication needs to be better a phone call earlier if my appointment was 7am-11am, then wait until 6pm for you to reschedule me, I understand things happen but All Day, and the chat person couldn't answar my question on where is the Tech. person also said my phone number wasn't right, it was right on the appointment guide????
