Steve and the Double Z team did an amazing job installing recessed lighting in my SW DC condo. For background, many electricians refuse to take on installing lighting in my building because it can be difficult to work with the walls and ceiling here; that didn't scare away Double Z. Leading up to the project, Steve was always very responsive and answered every question I could think of. The team showed up on time and quickly got to work. They soon discovered that the project was way more complicated than planned - but persevered and came up with one innovative solution after another to overcome complications. The difficulties made the project take more of their time than planned, but they were gracious and honest to their price.

The work came out looking incredible - I could not be happier with it. I'm already recommending the Double Z to everyone in my building who asks, and plan to hire them again for any future electric projects - here or in a future home.

We needed an outlet moved up mid cabinet install and we were able to book Double Z for the next day. They responded quickly and did the job for a fair price.

If you would like to instal a Tesla charger, Steve and the team at Double Z are an excellent option. They visited prior to the instal, provided a quote, and then arrived on time for the job. The work required additional materials and time, but Double Z held their quote price. In their words, the issues were not identified during the site visit and that was their responsibility. Awesome team and we look forward to using them in the future.

A new electrical panel was installed by Double Z which replaced my old one. I was told there would be NO damage to my walls and definitely no need for drywall, but I was left with a huge whole in the wall and cracks where installation occurred.

I was told they would repair the damage. It's been weeks and still nothing! You get what you pay for.

Awesome Electricians. Quick efficient professional expert advice on options. Used them to install floor outlets in new wood floor in family room. They pre wired the day before then came back the day after floor install and perfectly cut in the floor outlet. So impressed I had them add outlet in entryway and install 4 ceiling fan electrics with switches in bedrooms. Already planning to use them again for more home updates. Pricing was honest and reasonable and service was quick. Called on Monday. Work was complete by Thursday.
