AWESOME Round 2:
Our dishwasher started smelling like something was burning, so we immediately shut it off. I suspected an issue with the heating element, so we selected a highly reviewed appliance service online. Little did we know, we had actually used them before when our refrigerator stopped cooling!Just like last time:
We called and were quickly connected to an initial contact person who was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. She was able to schedule a same-day visit, but since we had an appointment that evening, CASPI arranged for Alex (CASPI / Fuse Appliance Repair Service) to come by on a Saturday afternoon. Alex was polite, professional, and friendly—and yep...he was very careful to put on clean shoe covers. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a damaged heating element but took the extra time to make sure there were no underlying electrical problems that could have caused it.While Alex went to another appointment, his manager picked up the necessary part. Alex returned later the same day and installed the new heating element. He worked efficiently, double-checking and verifying everything he did along the way.
Other info:
Service costs, including parts and labor, were clearly explained upfront and were competitive with industry standards. We had completely forgotten that we’d used CASPI before—and had given them a 5-star review for a different appliance. This is our second 5-star experience with them, and we’ll definitely be keeping their number in our contacts list for any future repairs. -

Danny was great. Arrived within 3 hours of our initial call. Quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced disposal & was gone by 4:00. Second time he has serviced us.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and respectful. He is still searching for a replacement part but I trust he will not overlook any possibility.
