The Korth Companies, Inc. have been the most knowledgeable company that I have dealt with in the interior construction world. They are extremely proactive in problem solving and a Principal is always accessible and involved in any of the projects at hand. They do what they say and deliver quality projects on time.

Our experience with Korth construction was incredible.  Anytime you are doing a buildout or an addition you know that the experience is going to be stressful and expensive due to change orders.  Korth Construction surpassed our wildest dreams.  They were not only organized, they were professional, thorough,  easy to work with, paid attention to detail, and their quality of work was top-notch !  We had originally wanted the buildout to be performed after hours and on weekends as to not interrupt our office hours and ability to see patients.  This option was going to be very expensive so we opted to try on the recommendation of Korth to let them do the projects during business hours.  They were going to start early in the morning and have most of the noise from the construction completed for the day prior to the office opening at 8am.  They stayed true to their word.  The majority of the work was performed prior to our opening for the day and the office was spotless when we entered for the morning.  The floors were swept and mopped, all debris was taken away, plastic was up when needed and we were able to see patients without any dust or dirt in our medical office.  Jason Korth's focus was on every detail and laying out the schedule of exactly what to expect on the project. The exact dates of completion were on target and on time.  Jason was always available anytime we had a question or concern and was on top of  any issues that we may have had. He always addressed  them when we had our weekly Wednesday conference calls. Marcos Ambriz was in charge of the workers and the buildout and kept all his staff following the new protocols (due to Covid-19)  His attention to detail was one of the reasons our project went so smoothly. We felt like Korth Construction went out of their way to make this the best experience we could have had.  Their bid for the project was also very competitive. They made sure we were able to keep our office open and continue seeing patients.   I highly recommend them for your next project. We will definitely use them again in any future projects we may have.
