Our AC wasn't working. After asking around, ended up calling, and getting a quick callback from, Vick of Sichinava Heating and Air Conditioning. He showed up almost as quickly, and although it's an old unit he repaired it for a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend him.

We had some trouble with our HVAC (not cooling as much as we’d like in the day and knocking sounds when the motor was off).
Vic saw that our refrigerant was at normal capacity, nothing was broken, and didn’t try to upsell us to recharge when we didn’t need it. He looked into the knocking sound came from the main line of our apartment, which he couldn’t touch, so he wrote a technicians request for us to give to the HOA to fix.
We appreciate how fast Vic came out (same day!), didn’t try to charge us on things we didn’t need, explained everything thoroughly on maintenance and improvements we could make to cool the house, and went above and beyond to ensure we had next steps. He also told us things to watch out for with other companies that will try to oversell new systems.
Vic is an honest technician and we will definitely call him again for our cooling and heating needs!
