Stolburg unnecessarily cuts down trees in neighborhoods just to make it look like they are being productive. They aren’t innovative at all. This company deserves 0 stars.

Cut down tons of trees in my neighborhood and sprayed all the grass and wood-lines with pesticides.

Horrid company - broke a window in my unit with one of their weedwhackers. These are supposed to have a skirt of sorts around the trimming blades - this is what PREVENTS rocks & other debris from flying upward and damaging or breaking glass. I have watched them numerous times in my condo unit neighborhood. Now whenever I hear them outside, I literally watch them through my window. I have been working on my condo board to find another landscaper. AVOID this company at all costs!

They are actually worthy of no stars. They do shotty work. I watch them on my ring camera They do a community all at once. They skip areas including mine and my neighbors yard today. The girls they have doing the trimming just swing the trimmer 2 to 3 times missing half the areas. I have never seen such carelessness or unprofessional behavior in a company before. They do not answer phone or return calls. I left over 35 messages in the course of 3 days no response. The manager obviously does not care about his business by his actions and that of his company. I have to contact the HOA to get a word to them ever. Please stay away from this company. I cannot stress enough how bad they are.

These guys came out and redid all of my front yard beds, replacing all of the shrubbery and foliage, as well as removing some beds in other parts of the yard and replacing them with sod. Mowed and cleaned up everything. Did exactly what I asked them to do! The whole yard looked amazing when they were done! Owner is very creative and easy to work with. Price was right in the ball park with quotes from other companies. Would definitely use them again!

very bad service, one of their employees threw all the dust in my children's faces and seeing that we were coming to enter my house. and one of his employees made me insult and say a lot of things and bad words when all I did was get out of my car to go home. very bad service and very bad employees

Just a disclaimer I’ve never received any of their services. However, I think it’s worth noting that the employees who’re driving their trucks on the road have no regard for the safety of others. While I was going the speed limit on the freeway in Rockville area, I had one of their guys in their truck tailgate me, almost touching my bumper. Only to then aggressively speed by me to then put others in danger.

From the looks of the reviews it looks like they don’t only need work on their services, but maybe not driving recklessly and not taking the lives of others in their own hands is probably a good start.

Workers are not considerate of your vehicle nor are they of your property when they have the blowers. I heard them in the neighborhood so I took pictures of my car becuase I had it detailed last night. On another occasion I discovered grass and dirt on my car after they mowed so I wanted proof if it happened again. Sure enough, it did! After spending $45 for detailing, now there is dirt all over my SUV.
They blew debris on my car while "cleaning" the parking lot. Witnessed about 4 workers blow debris and leaves on my neighbor's white vehicle. Looked like it was caught in a mini tornado. They didn't even try to avoid it. I have an end unit townhouse and a worker had his blower blowing leaves in the common grass area but instead of blowing them away from the house and into the street, he blew them through my fence into my yard. I told him what he was doing and he threw his hands up at me like I was in the wrong. Management group needs to speak to the owner or hire another company that takes pride in what they do.

Worthy of no stars. These people are the worst.
They broke the glass in our porch door by kicking up rocks from lawn mower. Who mows rocky dirt?? They never helped replaced the glass. At first they returned my call but then after numerous calls, they never returned any calls. This was couple months ago now.
Then recently, ~3 days ago, they came to blow all the leaves after the big rain we had. They literally blew wet mud all over our vehicles. It was a double whammy because they blew wet leaves AND wet mulch all over our porch. We had stuff on our porch so they just left it!! Then it top it off, stole my industrial broom and shovel that I leave on my porch… the one I use to clean up their mess every time they come.
These landscapers make me hate where I live because they’re always doing this type of stuff. Unfortunately our COA chooses the company— they need to be fired!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Stolburg’s snow removal and landscaping teams are inconsiderate of private property, vehicles, and their owners. I strongly urge homeowners and HOAs to avoid doing business with this group at all costs. Do not hire Stolburg Landscaping for any services.
