Maid Right exceeded my expectations. Following a home improvement project, that required a construction clean due to a lot of drywall dust, the team did an excellent job cleaning every inch of my home. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again in the future.

It’s unfortunate that l’m leaving a review without receiving any services. This company scheduled me for Friday morning and changed the time the day before. The new arrival time was 1:30-2 pm. I called them once no one showed up by 2:30 and all the owner could say was that this has never happened before. No follow ups after me calling, no explanation as to what happened and I was left to clean by myself before a busy weekend of having guests over.

Vivian's team did a great job of cleaning our house after some home improvement work caused a lot of dust. They were all very pleasant too. I would definitely be a repeat customer!

Great experience with this company for deep clean. I will use them again for regular upkeep. The two ladies were friendly. I couldn’t believe how clean the grout (tiles) were in my showers! Just a bit of constructive feedback, some areas weren’t dusted as well, but overall happy with the work.

I requested a spring cleaning, we aren’t dirty people but they got areas you wouldn’t think about!

The staff asked if we had specific areas to clean prior to starting which allowed us to give special attention. They organized areas we left cluttered. If you have laundry out, leave them a hamper to put it in. They didn’t mind our pets at all. They even cleaned our cat trees and dog beds.

They’re kind of predatory, go with a smaller company instead- they accepted a booking the day before a job, told me my credit card was required just to secure the booking, and then when I needed to cancel due to an emergency, I was directed to a call center. The call center assured me it had been done, but they in fact did not notify the cleaners until the following morning, resulting in a $50 cancellation fee. If they have this delay between call center and cleaning team, and need 24 hour notice with no exceptions, then they should not accept bookings the day before— because how would I have provided further advance notice than I did? Lowkey scammed.

These guys are great! They arrived 10 minutes early, did some high quality work (the attention to detail was unbelievable) and they work weekends which is hard to find elsewhere. Very highly recommended!
