Not an honest company and the plumbers are not knowledgeable as you would want them to be. One worker didn't even know why he was here and didn't have the equipment necessary to handle the job.

Extremely happy with majestic drain. Fixed my fubar kitchen drain and showed up a day early to do it. Would recommend and definitely use again!

He came to fix the leak but just did something else, changed the bathtub drain cover and left. He said he changed the toilet wax ring but when I asked for the old one he said there wasn't one there! That's impossible, plus there is no evidence that he really opened the toilet. Charged my home insurance lots of money and $45 myself.

The gentleman came and worked on the heater for 30 seconds. After explaining to him that I tried to restart the pilot light, I asked what he did different. I figured he fiddled with it for 30 seconds it shouldn't be hard to explain. He continued to tell me I did it wrong and "Do you want me to tell you how to do my job" and went on some rant about people using google. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful.

They fixed our huge bathroom/water problem man we didn’t have water at all for a whole week and it was probably the worst week we had water wise. It took us a while to find them and I’m so thankful for how fast and hardworking they were. Great service, would definitely recommend it!

Majestic Drain Solutions was assigned by our home warranty company for a broken hot water heater. Not only was the water heater replaced professionally, efficiently and cleanly, but the owner helped us navigate issues with our home warranty company. I really hate to leave bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would because the service that I received from Majestic Drain Solutions was horrible. They were assigned to us through our homeowner's insurance. They came out to fix a clogged toilet. The technician came in with a terrible attitude and acted as though we were bothering him. He claimed to have fixed the toilet and chastised my husband telling him that the toilet was clogged because of the way we use it. We just moved into our home and no one uses that bathroom. The next day that same toilet still would not flush properly. I called to have them come back out to take a look and the person on the phone had the worst attitude. You don't talk your customers that way! We are paying you for a service! I will NEVER use them again and have filed a complaint to my homeowner's insurance as well.

I had a great experience with Majestic plumbing.
My warranty company sent me info for Majestic, and i called them and they came out the same day. Looked at the problem and immediately knew what was needed. They kept me informed when they would come back to fix the issue. He told me another plumber would be out between 7-8am, the plumber was there on time. He came and fixed the issue in 15 min.
I will definitely use them again.

First Review on 9/3/2021: One day I discovered the old valve on the main water pipe in my house was leaking. My home warranty company first sent another plumber who tightened a part of valve to lessen the leak but did not fix it, probably because it would require him to work through a small 10"x20' opening in the wall to replace the valve. Majestic was the second company my home warranty company sent. Nishan called me soon after I spoke to my home warranty company, came to my house on the same day, and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He came back with his assistant a few days later and replaced the valve through the small opening in the wall, without cutting open the drywall as I thought would be necessary and costly. Each time before he came to my house, he texted me to give an estimated time of arrival, and he was on time. I truly appreciate his excellent work, efficiency, and saving me money. I certainly will call him for my future plumbing needs and recommend him to others.

Second Review on 9/26/2023: Nishan has done plumbing works on my house 4 times. Each time he was quick to respond and schedule and did excellent work at reasonable prices. I feel lucky to have him working in my area. I definitely recommend him to others.

Hot water heater was leaking. Spoke with Edgar, he came over same day to provide estimate. Next day he was here, in and out under 2 hours. Professional, courteous and good communication. Will use him for future plumbing needs.

I used MoCo Plumbing again to replace my sewer line in my front yard. They used a professional excavating company to assist them. Edgar is very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Very happy with installation. Edgar replaced old piping for new kitchen sink after turning off water for new counter installation the day before. He was very friendly, quick, thorough and provided great communication on expected arrival times. Thanks again!

Moco Plumber is one of the best in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. I have used Moco plumber for the last 15 years, and they are always on time and communicate clearly. They explain your plumbing problem, provide a solution, and outline the cost and timeline of completion.
I have never had to call them back with any issues after they complete a job for me. They are one-of-a-kind and extremely competent. People like him are rare in the plumbing business.
