I had a service call for my oven not working properly. Joe arrived and fixed the problem in no time at all. Affordable, up front on everything. Highly recommend their services.

My less than 3 year old refrigerator had the compressor fail. John worked with the manufacturer to get the right parts. Especially since the manufacturer sent the wrong part. Even with all the frustration, John stayed on until it was done right, which took 3 weeks.

Blue Dot said "my HVAC system needed to be replaced", because heat wouldn't come on $8000.00. A Team ( Chris ) checked unit and found a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned and replaced for $125 system working great.Get a second opinion "Highly recommend A Team !!!!"

I can’t say enough about the Owner John and his team. They Came back with the lowest quote and gave me his opinion that best suited my needs not his pocket. They replaced my AC unit that was an Antique for over $2000 less then the competition and Serviced an existing unit free of charge. Even fixing my dryer door that I had mentioned jokingly charging nothing more then the original lowest quote. These are the guys you want when you say “It’s not like that these days”. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Twice I’ve called them for what seemed like a big-deal type of issue, and both times it was a small thing that they fixed with no additional cost beyond the contracted visit. (First time it was my furnace: just a loose wire; second time it was my air handler: blown fuse and a broken drain pan plug: they told me exactly what parts I needed from the hardware store as a way to avoid what they’d charge for a follow up visit, and i fixed both myself for $20. In both cases they could have charged me huge amounts for an unnecessary repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference.)

These people believe in keeping clients for the long term and it shows. Speaking of contract, I highly recommend getting onto their yearly service and maintenance plan. The annual cost is less than you would pay for a single visit from most companies.

They were also more than fair in setting up the cost of my annual contract: I have radiator heating in the whole house but only have AC upstairs, and they only priced me for a single unit, even after I pointed out it should be 1.5 units.

We recently had our dishwasher repaired by Joe from A-Team. He was personable, conscientious & did an excellent job repairing our vintage Kenmore Elite dishwasher. He had to order a pump and return a few days later to replace the part. The only negative thing I have to say about the A-Team business in general (Which doesn’t pertain to Joe), is the total cost of the repair was close to $580; $110 of the total was labor. The markup on the part was astronomical! The same OEM part online was $110. I understand you have to make a profit A-Team, but roughly a $350 markup on the part is excessive to say the least.

We have an electric clothes dryer on the fritz, so we made an appt. for service call on a Friday. Tech came and diagnosed the problems. Said we needed a new roller and that the high limit thermostat was also out. He said he'd call later that afternoon to confirm it they had the part we needed.
Tech did not call later. We waited through the weekend. On Monday I finally texted at 6PM and got a story. Then at 8PM he texted that they didn't have the parts so - sorry about that. They couldn't fix it.
We called a different company, who said the thermostat is OK, and it will take us a few days to get the part. Dryer will be repaired on Monday.
Wish we hadn't spent $113 for "service" from the A-Team.

We had a few issues last week with a man from this company trying to help the landlord do illegal things that do not even concern hvac issues. We have a case with health depart so we called case worker & they wer told to stop working that they wer not allowed to do the things they wer doing. In my past review i posted a pic of the service truck at our home.
i was forced this morning to delete my first review so my family could have heat or they would not come and finsh the job they started. I will say when the man came today he was more professional and did not try to help the landlord do anything to "make us uncomfortable" he actuly was desent this time. But i was unhappy about being basicly strong armed to delete my review.
