Update - 1130 am to 110pm is not 4 hrs. No matter how you justify it and how you calculate it and how many people you send. As I said it is my fault for not understanding the arrangement but that's why reviews matter so people can be aware of what they don't know. You don't know what you don't know. All the best to you.

We had a major miscommunication on the cost of services, and that there would be more than 1 person dispatched, I also missed that I would be charged per person. However, I thought the job was good when I calculated it at the original price but when quoted based on the miscommunication at the final TRIPLE cost, my home should have been spotless. I'm glad we had stated the issues before we were sent the bill so no one can assume the displeasure with the service was due to the bill. I am more annoyed now that I have to pay so much for a job that was ok'ish at best but I take full responsiblity. In full transparency I did not give Kristie a chance to come in and fix the problems but my husband was already truly annoyed and said no he'll fix it. Everyone's level of cleaning is different, I get that and the Divas are super pleasant but not the cleaners for us.

I hired the Divas to deep clean my house. They were super responsive in getting everything set up and reached out with questions throughout the day to ensure that they were only doing what I wanted them to do as well as to get instructions for how to handle my dogs. They did a beautiful job! I was super impressed by the quality of their work as well as how well they treated my dogs. I'll be hiring them again very soon!

After looking for a cleaning company I was recommended Dusting Divas to come and clean. Not only were they friendly and fun to have, they cleaned everything so well! On top of the cleaning they organized items on the shelved, in the tub/shower and on table tops. They even had a good time with the dogs! Glad I found them and will for sure be using them for all my future cleaning needs.
