Do NOT franchise with Mark and Susan Cashman. They do not pay on time, they do not communicate what accounts have and have not paid, will require you to accommodate unpaid accounts with extra work because they are their “biggest accounts”, Susan does not know how to properly charge for services so you will always be under paid even after fees. C-fees apply to all accounts with them whether the initial finders fee was paid by another cleaner or not. If you come to them with proof of them being wrong then they (especially Mark) will y’all down to you as if you are stupid. They will always tell you to refer to the contract of you are wrong, but the moment you show them that they are messing up then you become a problem for them and they will continue to not fix the problem. You will never afford to hire any staff no matter how long you work with them. I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave 0. If you really want to franchise, contact Coverall or Jan Pro. I wish I would have went with them.

Mark and Susan are the best. As a franchisee, I don't have any issue with them. They always help us and try to give us more chances. I highly recommend this perfect team.

While searching for a service provider to clean and wax our tile floors in a meeting hall of about 1700SF we came across Anago. Initially we hadn't been aware of them but were looking for a reputable company to perform the work and their reviews looked promising. We're so fortunate that we came across them. Their proposal was literally 1/3 the cost proposed to us by a national steemer cleaning service and although these floors are ancient, Anago has them looking almost new. On top of that, their crew leader (Chris) was unbelievably detail oriented and went the extra mile to ensure every part and area of the service area was completed professionally and to our satisfaction. In consideration of the experience of our interaction with Anago, we can't imagine you could do any better than having them perform any of the services they offer.

I have to greatly commend Susan and her team for the tremendous job that they have done with our shop floor. When seeking out a new cleaning service for our commercial building, choosing Anago was an easy decision. Susan was quick to respond to our initial request for a quote and came out to see the space quickly as well. She teamed us up with Joe to perform the cleaning duties and Joe has been great. I love that they have a binder where we can leave notes to each other. Very satisfied clients.

I am the Assistant Director at one of the schools that is cleaned by a crew from Anago and I will say out of 4 cleaning crews we have had in the past 6 years - they are by far the best that we have had. They go over and beyond our expectations and are very communicative about any questions they have etc. Would definitely recommend this cleaning company they do great work.
