Inspected roof after I had concerns from another contractor. Explained what parts of job needed revision. Also gave multiple options at different price points. He also picked up on concrete runoff issue at side of house. Fully licensed since 1993, and his 41 years of experience show!

Not happy with my experience. First they gave me an overpriced estimate to fix my roof. Then, they forced me to sign an agreement that they will help me with my insurance company only if I agree to hire them to replace my roof if the insurance company agrees. The report they gave to my insurance company did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do, ...that is, convince them I needed the roof replaced. It was a very unprofessional report which was poorly written. BTW...I later found out that conusmers should always beware of any companies which force you to sign such an agreement.

There are a lot of quality professionals in the roofing business. However, quality people are harder to come by...Mike is one of those guys. I was skeptical at first, because he was not the polished sales & tech savvy people I had been dealing with. He actually sent me the same email several times. I literally lost his estimate in the email onslaught😀 . But in everything, I saw a consistent message - I'll do a great job at an affordable price. When it came down to Mike another roofer (who had a lower price), Mike said 2 things that stood out (1) he must need the job more than me, God will take and (2) On my way to feed the homeless, talk afterwards. I signed the contract that day, overcame some technology exchanges & Mike did an outstanding job replacing my roof. Would absolutely use him again.

I called several roofing companies last Friday during storm and the only one who was truly a emergency roofing company was Kelbie Home Improvement. He came out the very next morning. Kind, professional and understanding. Gave me multiple options to resolve the leaks. He was God sent when everyone else said no. He did the fix until he can come back and replace the roof. What I know is he was honest and fair and his crew presented with the same. Tomorrow when it rains I won't be taking a shower in the hallway. Thank you Kelbie 😊

Horrible in every way.

at first mike was very friendly and said he would inspect my roof for free, then when i asked him for a copy of his insurance it flipped the switch and he started saying that's ludicrous that a company would ask for insurance just for a simple roof inspection. if he fell off the roof that i hired him to inspect it is a liability risk for our company. he was very rude and un-professional. maybe he had a bad day but i will definitely not be calling him again for any service. even after i asked him a price to charge and he still said he is not going to inspect the roof for me.

Kelbie was very easy to work with. I wanted a new membrane on my flat roof and a skylight removed and replaced with a vent. They offered a very affordable solution for both and did the job without any problems or delays. It's rained hard a few times and no leaks anywhere. I couldn't be happier.

I called Kelbie Home Improvement based on a google search for local roofers- Glen Burnie, Pasadena etc.; The owner Mike answered (this was on a Sunday.), and thoroughly addressed all of my questions, and offered a visit the very next day. I was seeking roof maintenance, inspection, and certification.

He was prompt and courteous; called me en-route on the following day about an hour prior to scheduled visit. He arrived on time and was quickly up on my roof assessing with his assistant. Both were professional, and appeared to be very experienced and efficient.

After review he provided me with a quote of work to be done, provided a fair broken down price, and performed the maintenance which exceeded my needs. They checked both inside and outside of my house, provided me all the details, and accepted payment once I was satisfied the work had been done.

Documentation and certification of my roof was provided via email the same evening of the work being performed.

The experience was excellent, in what situation would you ever expect a certified roofer who is BBB rated to not only take a Sunday call, but also be out the next day, maintenance completed, and needs addressed?

I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking prompt, experience, courteous and fair roofing.

I'm supposed to be closing on a house in a week and was told by the lender (kind of last minute) that I needed the roof inspected. I spent the afternoon (on a Saturday) calling around and only getting the call center of every business I call, and was told that someone would get back to me on Monday. The same was true here, but less than a minute after hanging up with Kelbie's call center, I received a call form Mr. Kelbie himself and informed me that he could be out to the property in 45mins THAT DAY! LIFE SAVER!!. He was very professional and very informative. He inspected the roof and gave me a quote for whatever repairs needed to be done. I hope to be doing business with them soon.

They stood by their warranty three years later and came by the same day to check on a potential issue and even quickly fixed an unrelated problem with my skylight.
