Our refrigerator suddenly quit work, we were in panic. Did some searching and M&M Appliance Repair was my top choice. I made a phone call and Mr. Mganga answered the call. He had very busy schedule, but after hearing my situation, he decided to go out of his way to come to my rescue. He displayed highest level of professionalism from the moment he arrived at my house, explained to me what was wrong with the refrigerator and what caused the problem. He explained to my his approval to fixing the problem and the parts needed. He was able to run to get the parts right away, fixed the problem and my refrigerator was back running excellent even better than before. Mr. Mganga took his time to explain to me how to prevent such an issue in the future. Price was very fair. He definitely exceeded my expectations. He arrived on time and went to work fixing the problem with my refrigerator. I gave him a 3 star because the area was left a mess. I didn't mind mopping the floor afterwards because I would have done that anyway. I wish he would have put down a cloth on the floor first to protect it from the water and dirt. Also, I didn't realize he left my countertop wet and with wet paper towels. Then my husband called and told me that a bag of pre boiled eggs were left on top of the refrigerator. I was disappointed with the mess that was left and i hope that they correct that issue for future clients. I'm glad that they give you 90 days warranty, because that would give me enough time to make sure the refrigerator problem is fixed.
UPDATE:
The owner called me after finding out that I had problems with the service. I did not call them. He made a promise to me and never followed through with that promise. He stopped responding after cashing the check. Trust is very important to me when dealing with a business, because it shows a person's character. This is why I dropped the rating from a 3 star to a 1 star.
AGAIN, TRUST IS VERY IMPORTANT

I was given the $20 discount because of a misunderstanding about the quote that was given. Also, I gave you the owner my information when you asked for it so that you could process the refund. I went to focus on something else and noticed that two weeks had gone by without any communication or the refund. Then, finally, after seeing my post, I got a text saying you were sick and you had just tried to process the refund and it didn't work. I change my passwords and logins periodically for security reasons, which is why it didn't work. At this point, I have moved on from this ordeal.

Great Service, highly recommend. My Maytech washing machine wasn’t draining, turns out that the drain pump motor was broken because a washcloth got clogged in the drain hose. He came and was able to remove the clog, and replace the drain pump and did a fantastic job aH.
