Chuck at Mega Flash was awesome. Very polite and thorough. He cleaned the carpets in my condo and did a great job for a very reasonable price. The carpets look new again.

Chuck did an amazing job on our carpets in our townhome. Our carpets look brand new! The job did take a few hours so make sure to set aside a decent chunk of your day if you have a bigger space. But the job is amazing!!!

This service responded quickly. My carpet turned out amazing. Although it did seem, the carpet was a bit saturated and took a day and a half to dry. The heavily traveled areas looled like new again. There are a couple of little pet stains that didn't come out completely. I will definitely use this service again and recommend them to my ftirnds and family.

Chuck did a relatively good job. However the process left the carpet a little too wet. It took two days to dry and left quit a few rust spots on my very light old carpet.

Chuck is very professional, communicative, and does an excellent job. I was about to purchase a new rug because mine had become so dirty. Even after buying high-quality products and a machine to clean it myself, it still didn’t look right. I reached out to Chuck to see if anything could be done—he came over, provided an estimate, and cleaned the rug. It looks so brand new that I asked him to clean my couches as well. Chuck did an amazing job, texted me with a quote answered all my questions. Came to look at the carpet and said “alright let me get my stuff and get to work”. He made sure to not miss a spot and ever made some great design and lines, cannot recommend him enough! Multiple ways to pay your bill and made sure I got my receipt in my email before he left.
