The first time they worked on my home, I received pictures. The second time, I received no pictures.

They came to my home without giving me any notice, so I woke up at 8:00 a.m. to the sound of power tools. When I mentioned that I hadn’t received a heads-up, they apologized. However, they continued to come back without notifying me.

When a window repairman from another company came to fix the window, he told me it appeared that the damage had happened recently, likely caused by a rock during yard work. Green Garden Landscaping is the company that worked on my yard, and they didn’t show me pictures afterward, probably because they knew they had broken the window. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home the final time they came, so I couldn’t inspect the result of their work.

Terrible. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
