Phone number listed in Google didn't work.

Technician responded quickly on a Sunday. But, after exchanging two separate parts, and 4 visits our washing machine still leaks. Company will send new technician but will then charge additional service fee. We regret using this company and will not use them again.

I called Jim's and told them my in wall microwave would not heat. Everything else works. I give them the model number and I think it was either the magnetron or the transformer. And asked if they have the parts. The answer was they have some parts. Upon arrival, the technician check on his wireless phone and told me no parts available. The technician was nicely mannered. They charged me the full price of $119.00 by telling me there is no parts available. It is a ripped off.

I have used Jim's for 15+ years. They have serviced my refrigerators, ovens, dryers. They are knowledgeable, responsive, & stand by their work. Their rates are competitive. I had a problem with a GE appliance recently & could not get GE to respond. Jim's came out the next day. Excellent & timely service. Ask for Henry.

Very responsive/timely and they service many higer-end brands as well. Easy to get an appointment and punctual. My service tech was a gentleman! Would highly recommend.

Honesty is always appreciated and Jim's appliances excel in that. My garbage disposal wasn't working, and I'm not a Ms. Fix It, so I called them. When they called me back and I explained what was going on. They told me, Sounds like it's just jammed. There's a tool you need--looks like an Allen Wrench and it takes two minutes to fix. You can try it yourself, if you have the tool. Or I can come out. The cost for him to come out would have been around $115, mostly for the flat visit cost, and almost nothing for the time spent here. I told him I'd check with my husband and call back.
We looked under the sink, and taped to the disposal was the tool. We used it and disposal started working. I'm like, WHAT!? Amazing.
A lot of companies would have just charged the money and been done. They were honest about something we could do. I would use them any time, because I know they're not trying to scam me to make a quick buck. And I don't like scammers. I posted a scathing review for someone who did a bait and switch. Honesty pays and these are honest folks.
