The valve behind the 20-year old refrigerator had to be replaced because it was frozen. Our new refrigerator could not be installed due to this. Kevin and Kevin did the valve installation. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with their service. The plumbers were recommended by my neighbours and I will call them again when I next need plumbing work.

I tried a couple of companies before this one to have a plumber come out to unblock a kitchen drain. Other companies only wanted me to leave voice mails or have a dispatcher contact me later. This company was available to take my call and schedule an appointment as soon as I did. So, I would recommend this company to anyone who does not want to wait for a plumber or not know when they will be back.

Scheduling went smoothly and the office staff are very helpful. Plumber Andrew came on time. Within three hours he had fixed both clogged sinks and installed a disposal. Michael will answer the phone when you contact him. Michael will go out of his to make sure you understand what repairs are needed and, if it isn't a big issue, he tells you. He's not just here to make money. He wants to help you understand what's urgent and what's not. I'm a realtor and the buyers expressed concern about a sewer pipe. It had to be replaced. He spent time talking to both the buyers and the sellers to make sure everyone understood what was needed and felt good about the entire process. He could have prevented the deal from falling apart. It almost did due to two sewer companies that refused to communicate. In this business, it's crucial to have people on your side who are as committed to everyone's success as you are. Michael certainly does. I am looking forward to doing many more business with him.

It's easy to say that I would absolutely give them ten stars out of five. This is their second or third visit to address a problem that required relatively immediate attention. The first time I left a review, it was in regards to the work that they performed on the repair of a broken garbage disposal. They waited for me to go pick up the disposal, and did not charge for this waiting time.

This time I had to have some electrical work done to a two gang SmartLight switch. It needed to be changed to two single pole SmartLights combined as a one-pole two gang combination to power two separate lights. Nick and Cambron took a look at what needed to be completed and did so beyond my satisfaction. They were both friendly, polite and professional. They are my go-to guys for any electrical work you may need! !

Very professional and respectful of the property. I was impressed when the general manager came himself to give an estimate and to clean up our pipeline to ensure we had running water. Said he did not want us to go without. It's a great service. He told us that if any issues arose over the weekend prior to Monday's major fix, his crew would come and do it again. In the past, no one would have gone to such lengths to assist us. These guys are the best. You gentlemen are appreciated for your service.

Garza's family runs this business with great success. They really care about their customer and what they do. Adam (who, despite his position as VP, is still on the ground) replaced my water heater the following day. The replacement was complicated by A/C piping, but Adam patiently worked his way through it and improved the situation for the next time. I wish my A/C technician had considered what he was doing. Adam is honest and I appreciate that. He was objective when he compared the pros and cons of tankless vs. tank water heaters. Both are possible, with some differences in trade-offs. I chose the water heater tank so that my family could have hot water faster and at a lower cost. Adam is meticulous in his work and completes the job correctly the first go-round. He was friendly, courteous and wore a full mask throughout the entire time. Highly recommended.
