earlier this year, my dad's house had a bad chimney fire that ruined the chimney and took out his main heat source, which was a woodstove. after we started a fundraiser, barry from the chimney sweep company emailed us with an unbelievable offer—they donated a new gas stove for my dad's house. this really took a lot of stress off us because we didn't have to use the fundraiser money to buy a new stove and could focus on fixing up the house instead. when the chimney sweep crew (nathaniel, barry, and another team member) arrived, they were very polite, friendly, and worked quickly. they installed the new gas stove and put in a new chimney liner all in one day. they even took the time to chat with my dad and hear about all the things he's done for the community. the chimney sweep team truly made a huge difference for us, and thanks to them, we're warm and comfortable again. we are so thankful for their generosity and great work. they're a perfect example of how businesses can really care about people in their community.

This review is long overdue! My mom needed a new chimney liner and repairs at the flashing. We were mainly worried about finding a trustworthy chimney sweep with a good reputation and not getting overcharged. The team was fantastic! Even though it poured rain on the day of the appointment, Nathaniel still showed up to take care of some work inside the house. The following day, they called to let us know they could come over since a lift became available for the outside job. Nathaniel and his crew put in a new liner, fixed the leak at the flashing, cleaned out several dead birds, and finished it off with a great-looking chimney crown. Nathaniel even showed us before and after photos of the chimney! These folks really care about the quality of their work, and now I feel much better knowing my mom is safe in her home without any worries about carbon monoxide.
