Our new deck is beautiful. Sammy and his crew did a beautiful job. Dustin was a great project manager constantly keeping in touch with us. I'm very happy with our new deck.

Just had a deck refresh completed by FA Outdoor Spaces and could not be happier with the service. Everyone was readily available to answer questions after the initial visit by Tucker who provided the estimate. The estimated price was actually what we paid (no hidden costs or expenses added at the last second). Tucker was extremely knowledgeable at what could be changed (and what could not) given his prior experience as a city permit inspector. When it came time to schedule the work, Dustin was a hands on project manager ready to jump in as needed when deliveries ran behind for the installation team. Luis’ crew worked very quickly on both the demolition and installation of the Trex decking—even when it was off and on rainy most of the day. Thank you all very much! Have already referred neighbors your way.

I had a great experience with FA Outdoors from the planning stage through the completed project. Cullen was great to work with. He was on site from the beginning of construction to the end. Sammual and his installation crew worked endlessly and were very professional. I would recommend FA Outdoors for any deck project.

We hired FA Outdoor Spaces for our deck refacing project and the whole team was excellent from start to finish! Brandon walked us through multiple design and scope of work options, providing quotes with very competitive pricing. Dustin was on top of scheduling and management to get the project done with a tight turnaround timeline. Edgar and his crew were efficient with their time and experts at pivoting as needed when we requested a few last minute changes. Five stars across the board - high recommend!

It was great working with FA Outdoors! We first met with Brandon who came over and suggested some great ideas to maximize our small space, including a bump out for a grill and decking along the side of the house to provide even more space (see pics). I was grateful they designed around my beautiful Camelia plant as well - very customized! After signing, we determined a start date (we were on vacation so we started a week later, but they were ready even sooner!) We connected with Cullen, our project manager, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, and our crew, Hugo and Elgar, were absolutely amazing. The crew started on a Monday and the project was complete by Friday. It is amazing. I love the deck. The materials are high quality and the construction is to a very high standard. Our only hiccup was the dumpster delivery - they delivered after it had rained and the truck became stuck, kicking up dirt and leaving tire tracks. Cullen not only helped rake, but provided straw and grass seed at no extra cost! I would highly recommend working with this company! They are AWESOME!
