I have been a commercial conractor for 35 years.
They cant give me a commercial sales person.
You cant get through to them and they don't call you back.
Horrible customer service.

Poot me on Hold for 25 minutes then just dropped the phone

was put on hold for 45 min and then was hung up on never was able to talk to anyone and now they stop to saturday pick up during a busy season

Very nice GREAT customer service... Employee named Bruce helped me and answered all my questions and gave suggestions for parts.

Are unhelpfulls . System shows equipment and don't looking for it just sending people different directions they only can say don't have it , sucks guys

Recomend picking up your equipment the day before. My last wait time was 1.25 hours.

Worked with Dale and Art for many years and they give excellent service every time. Keep up the great service.

Don't even think about trying to use your warranty, they'll do anything possible to get out of providing warranty parts for your customers!!!!!

Make a order ahead and waiting 1 hours to get the equipment... no customer ahead of me... people work in whare house.. just lazy and hanging out... customer paying 2-10 thousand for the equipment.. they should get fire...

Delivering just 1 small ac unit already been 2 hours and still waiting

Man IDK people who works in warehouse why they so rude with truck drivers seriously why they don’t understand truckers situations.

Great systems, sometimes they don't have the parts and take like 3 days or a week to get them shipped to that place!

The wait time to pick up your items are absolutely horrible you would think they are so busy that they just can't take more people there not the guys just sit on the lifts in there phone and te counter people act like they doing you a favor and your doing is trying to get your items and leave the Hanover store really horrible items are great 👍

this is a substandard air conditioning company. They installed two ACs in our home 3 years ago. both have experienced major problems. Would not recommends buying any equipment from them.

Staff seems nice so far, and to help other drivers out. Semi deliveries are behind the building docks receiving doers next to R1.

They are extremely time-wasting, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

Very rude customer service and don’t even know there orders properly i always order from there more the 10 times day
