Just had my first HVAC service from Beltway Heating Air & Plumbing. Jimmy, the owner’s nephew, came out to my home and inspected/tuned up everything. He was efficient while also being calm and unhurried. He showed me my unit when he was taking things apart to look, and explained what he was doing, his assessment, tips, and suggestions. He was professional, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. My interactions with others at the company have been positive as well, and I’m very happy to have an HVAC team I can call on and trust. I recommend them and their seasonal service package. Thank you Jimmy! See you in the Spring.

We are huge fans of Beltway! This past summer, we were desperate for service when our A/C suddenly went out. My husband works in the trades and is pretty picky about who we hire when he's not home to fix things himself. The first company we called for an estimate had major red flags; the tech was extremely dishonest (he offered to do the work "off the books" at a discount, but still exorbitant rate). Luckily, Beltway responded quickly (that same night!) and came out to help us. They confirmed that the problem wasn't even close to what the first company said, which ended up saving us from unnecessarily spending $2,000! We were so impressed by the quality, care, and attention to detail in their work. Tony, our technician, was so great that we decided right away to sign up for the membership, which includes seasonal checks of our system to prevent major emergencies. We've just had our first routine check-in and continue to be so impressed. Tony is thorough, professional, and kind, and we are so comfortable having him in our home. The peace of mind we have now that we are Beltway members is priceless! Highly, highly recommend Tony and hope to keep working with him for years to come.

These guys really saved us! They are professional, clear, speedy. We had a bad mini-split installation by another provider and Beltway was able to fix the installation issues and advise on a great machine. I wish we would've gone with them to begin with. Saving a few bucks was not worth the crap job someone else did.

I found my plumber! Called Beltway when my water heater quit working. One hour after calling, Ray was at my door. Efficiently and professionally, Ray diagnosed the issues and took the time to explain the problems (there were many- thanks BGE). and discuss my options. I decided to replace the water heater and within a few hours, a new water heater was installed and working. Unbelievable service in this day and age. Everyone at Beltway— from receptionist to owner is knowledgeable and professional. I’m so happy to have found Beltway HVAC and Plumbing.

Well when you have a pipe leaking is serious to get fixed ASAP and that is what Beltway did for us. After several phone calls to others Beltway was able to confirm and be out with in 4 hrs . Fixed the pipe and now my business can open back up with only being closed down for one day .So huge thanks to Beltway Air , Heat and Plumbing .they will be first on my list to call again . Excellent quality of work and customer service! This was a big job, replacing an old oil boiler with a gas combi boiler. Dave and crew were there a couple late nights to ensure the work was complete and functional. This happened during the recent snowfall, so weather played a role but Dave and Co were extremely efficient and reliable. Dave went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns I had, as well as getting us operational. Again, amazing work and excellent customer service. Thank you to Dave and crew for the work and to Beltway for taking on the job!

George was a true professional and went above and beyond. He fixed a supply valve on my second floor bathroom, trimmed out second floor, installed PRV and main valve. If you have any issues or even need an inspection, I highly recommend going with beltway.
