RE Graves responded quickly and was out the same business day. The technician, John, diagnose the problem very quickly and adapted a part on the truck to fit my unit completing the diagnosis & repair in under an hour, returning my unit to service. I was very pleased with the service call all the way around.

We chose RE Graves to install our new HVAC system and they did a fantastic and quick job.
John was polite and professional and did a very clean job of the removal of the old HVAC system and installation of the new. He also followed up to ensure things were going well after installation.

John came out to my home and was super friendly. My upstairs A/C was blowing warm air and John quickly diagnosed and confirmed that the freon was not low and needed to be charge. He charged it up with Freon in a matter of a few minutes. One special note about John: while I was with him outside he was showing me each step of his process because I wanted to gain a bit of knowledge. Having John do the repair was not only successful, but he is a great person to talk to. Bravo Zulu to John!

I've used RE Graves for AC repair as well as their tune-up service. Ricky has come out both times. He's very thorough, informative and professional and is always on time. Setting up an appointment is also easy and they are quick to respond.

Was professional from the start. With a morning greeting. And to go over any questions or details about that days installment. Everything throughout the day ran smoothly. R.E Graves was very quick and responsive with our needs. Our ac was out for 3 days and our house was 87° inside so we called them for help, they were able to have a technician out the same day. T.j showed up on time and was very friendly from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem within a couple minutes and had us back up and running quickly. Called for an appointment, and as usual for this time of year, the closest opening was about a week and a half out. Scheduled the appointment. Then, received a call the next day and one had opened for 2 days earlier. Took that one. Next day, received a call and was advised the techs were going to work on calls on Saturday (4 days before my Scheduled appt). Made the appointment. Just now, (saturday morning) Ricky has left and my AC is working as it should. Thanks to Ricky and the lady at the office for the excellent service.

Outstanding service on our furnace from our technician John with R.E. Graves Heating and Air Conditioning. Very prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced our gas igniter and circuit board within one hour.

Ricky was so good. We had no heat and he fixed my furnace. He also went above and beyond and helped open a door that I wasn’t able to open by applying oil to it. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ricky and RE Graves.

The R.E. Graves technician, Chris came on time and fixed my heatpump with a new fan motor. He was knowledgeable and kindly explained what he was doing. I highly recommend Chris.

I asked three companies for estimates and Graves was the best by far. One of the largest in my area basically refused to do the job the way I wanted and their estimate was almost twice Ricky's. Instead of having to wait 3 to 5 weeks Graves had the equipment delivered and installed in less than a week. Tommy and his crew were professional and
even stayed late to complete the install in a single day. Highly recommended.

This time we needed a new thermostat. Chris, our tech, was great. He alerted us to an issue with our propane, cleaned our system and replaced the thermostat. He was pleasant, patient and helpful. Ricky and his team were fantastic! He always responded promptly to calls and questions. Was quick to schedule us for our heat pump installation. And the installation was fast, smooth and very clean. The whole appointment went great from scheduling the techs to come out here to the time they finished. I got text and email updates for time and that they were on the way to my house. My tech John was very professional and was able to fix my ac unit quickly.
