They were easy to schedule. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional. They gave me a quote of $18,000+, saying multiple things needed to be done to make it possible. I had a local electrician come and give a quote, since that was a bit more than I was expecting. The other electrician said almost none of the stuff in the quote was remotely necessary. Ended up doing the job for $2,200. Caveat emptor

Other than a glitch in the time frame the technician was to be here (which was an office flub) I was extremely pleased with the overall service. Derick was polite, knowledgeable and was a delight to work with.
