Your tech, Nate was very polite and was very technical when resolving my hvac issue. He showed me all the issues that my unit may have issues in the future with and asked the correct and professional questions. In the future please send Nate back for any calls to my home.

They were easy to schedule. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional.
They gave me a quote of $18,000+, saying multiple things needed to be done to make it possible.
I had a local electrician come and give a quote, since that was a bit more than I was expecting. The other electrician said almost none of the stuff in the quote was remotely necessary. Ended up doing the job for $2,200. Caveat emptor

Other than a glitch in the time frame the technician was to be here (which was an office flub) I was extremely pleased with the overall service. Derick was polite, knowledgeable and was a delight to work with. I know I paid more than if I had went and purchased my own toilet but sometimes you just have to pay for convenience and this was one of those times. Thanks Derick for a job well done.
