Great honest company. I had called Appliance Guys to repair my refrigerator that wasn't cooling any longer. I received a call from the owner that he was headed my way during my scheduled appointment and he asked about the problem that I was having. Based on what I was able to tell him and the compressor brand that I was having problems with he was able to confirm my suspicions of compressor failure and on top of that told me the approximate price it would be to fix if repairable.

He advised me it would be a waste of a service call and fee to come out based on my problem and that I should have a warranty with the manufacturer for the sealed refrigeration system that would cover repair parts given the age of the refrigerator. I was extremely impressed with the honesty of this company and taking my best interests into consideration where they could have made quick buck on a service call. I highly recommend anyone looking for appliance repair to consider this company. I definitely plan for them to be my first call for any future repairs I need.

These guys are knowledgeable, resourceful and honest workers. Have used them several times. Always suggesting the best solutions even if not in their best interest (i.e., ordering a replacement part and fixing it myself vs having them come back to install something I can do)! Call them. You won't regret it!

Just had Mr.Appliance guys from Huntingtown over my house to look at my ice maker did a check on a few things found the problem quoted a price. Mr.Don said that he had the part at his house and that he would be back in a couple of minutes with the part,he did just what he said he would do. You just don't get that kind of service anymore, thank you sir. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance, Huntingtown

I will never use this company again. After diagnosing the problem with the washer leak and leaving. The tech failed to reassemble the washer probably leaving the lid sensor dangling and therefore unresponsive to the let the washer know when water had or had not filled the drum. All other cycles were inoperable too and we had a drum full of wet clothes all weekend as the tech said he would be by first thing Monday morning. The repair happened on a Friday. This is unacceptable!

As a follow-up to the above , the owner contacted me personally and we discussed the issue. He was accommodating and offered to remedy the situation by not charging to complete the job. I appreciated his professionalism and letting me know had the issue prolonged they would have sent someone out sooner. This is what you expect of a business and I will use them again now.

Steve is AMAZING! He is very helpful, does not rip you off, great at what he does, super knowledgeable, just an all around honest service guy. He is my only go-to repair appliance guy! I wouldn't trust anyone else! 10 stars!! :)

Great service. Very professional. Fixed my refrigerator a while back and recently re-installed my double wall oven that had been improperly installed by a different company a couple months ago. Highly recommend. Will definitely call the Appliance Guys for any future appliance repair work needed.

The service tech, Joe Melo, was very knowledgeable and professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer and surprisingly had the all of the needed replacement parts on his truck which prevented 'part ordering' delays commonly experienced with other appliance repair companies. Having the dryer repaired on the spot was huge for me and confirms that I made the right decision in calling them! Excellent service techs and well stocked trucks equals repeat business from me! Great job Appliance Guys!!

Our fridge had issues recently. This group were the only ones who could come out in a very reasonable time (other companies I called could not come out until the middle of November). Chuck was very knowledgeable in what the issue was with our fridge, he was able explain it in terms I could understand, and he was able to fix the problem on the same day. Wonderful company and great to work with. Highly recommend this group! I hope we don't have any more issues with our appliances but if we do I'm calling Appliance Guy first!

Steve the owner showed up to fix an issue with my dishwasher hose to prevent future disruptions. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got right to the issue. I’ll definitely use Appliance Guys again if there’s an problem.

awesome company.. didn't overcharge me and honest.. Chuck was very quick, honest and professional. Also gave me knowledgeable advice on what to do to prevent the problem from coming back. Very pleased with the service and price. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repairs from now on.

The Appliance Guys are great! After my dryer stopped heating, they got me on the schedule immediately and within the hour moved me up on the schedule to get it done before a long weekend. The technician was very professional. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair quickly.

Steve and Joe were great. The repair turned out to be more complicated than originally anticipated due to the way the dishwasher was originally installed. But in the end they fix the problem and I am very happy with the results. Very reasonable pricing and as a bonus, really nice guys!

Not happy with service. Basically, I paid $140.00 service fee to be told I needed new frying pans. After tech left, I sent video of how the burner was acting and he never got back to me with a price for parts and/or if I would be paying another full-service fee.

Outstanding service! Appliance Guys made an effort to come out on the same day to fix my ailing fridge. Technician was outstanding and obviously knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and had it running smoothly in less than an hour. The receptionist who initially took my call was very helpful, especially since she made an effort to get someone out here on the same day. I can't say enough good things about them and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs professional help quickly and at a reasonable price.

Excellent company! Steve showed up promptly and fixed three problems on our fridge, honestly the refrigerator functions better than it did when it was first installed! So happy to find a great repair technician!

Joe was terrific! He came to check out the dryer in our condo which is a rental property for us. He told me the dryer was 20 years old and needed work that would be more than half the price of a new one. He recommended we purchase a new one and even recommended a company to purchase it from. I live out of state so his information and help is very much appreciated! We will continue to use The Appliance Guys whenever we need them! Highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend! I was explained each step of the process with an honest review of each element of my oven. This allowed me to weigh the options and cost effectiveness of either replacing parts or replacing the unit as a whole. They are very professional and reliable. Will definitely call them again!

I called on Thursday and they got here on Monday. Steve was very informative and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the dishwasher and saved my kids from washing dishes by hand. On a side conversation he also gave me great advise on how to make my new dryer last longer than my last one. I will be using Appliance Guys again and recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

We have a 22 year old side by side Kenmore refrigerator/freezer which stopped working. We called Appliance Guys and Steve determined that the control board was not working. He checked to see if he could get a new control board, but because of the age of the refrigerator they are no longer making them. He repaired the existing control board, and the refrigerator and freezer are both working well. Very prompt, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend them.
