This team was excellent from concept to design to installations , reconfiguring and finishing . They took an average basement to that only compared to a hotel standard. In one word they went above and beyond for us . Accommodating our many tweaks along the way without a slightest sign of frustration

Their customer service is unique and their pricing was and remains very competitive. They really cared about our satisfaction to the extent that they helped with furniture and decor installations in the space .

Wish I could give this store better ratings. Asked 3 employees to send someone to the cutting t center to assist and stood at the back waiting for over 30 mi it’s and no one showed up. Went and asked again and they tried paging someone and said the one person qualified to make cuts went home. Should not be charging for boards by the foot if you don’t have anyone around who can make cuts. Ridiculous!

Bunch of unprofessional, who are there to steal your money at all cost for terrible work they perform, I find out through few others, and their experience is been the same. Maybe is only in this area, but avoid them at all cost.

Very poorly-run as Home Depots go. Staff is usually rude, or acts like they have something better to do than to answer your question.

As well, the local contractors they work with are not held to a very high standard, apparently, as they overcharged us for a storm door that was so poorly installed it could easily be ripped out of the door frame. Multiple phone calls have not been returned and there has been no effort on their part to remedy this error. I don't expect anyone from HD would see this, but I hope others do and avoid this store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not get your cabinets from this home depot. The kitchen design department is the worst. We worked with Carlos and it was an awful experience. It took him forever to order our cabinets and he could not send us a breakdown of what we ordered because "his email was down." He assured us everything was ordered correctly. 4 weeks later my cabinets came in and my top decorative molding and toe kicks were not in the order. I called Home Depot and he forgot to order them. He then replaced the order and I had to wait two and half more weeks to get the moldings. When the he moldings finally came in, it turned out he did not order enough. Once again I had to hunt down a manager and have her order more moldings (this is not the third order). My kitchen has now taken 5 weeks longer than it should have because their employees can't order anything correctly. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I advise you to drive out of your way to go to another Home Depot or go to Lowes for your cabinets.

The best at painting

Removed old insulation in attic, sealed openings and cracks in attic, installed new insulation. Removed old wood in attic and installed new wood. Discarded old material and cleaned area. Has an eye for detail as he reconnected an exhaust pipe we didn't know was disconnected - for over a year.

Respectful to home as he immediately covered shoes before entering home.

I found Johnny on a google search of a handyman. I am in the midst of a move and needed to install my microchip pet door ASAP. All places i had called were booked 1 week in advance... Johnny was able to accommodate me for same day installation. Job was completed as requested and he cleaned up the work area after. Highly recommend.

Jhony is a fantastic handyman. He showed up at our house on time and patiently waited for me to get home after I got tied up at work. He took one look at an issue we were having with our front door and had it solved within 5 minutes. He also cleaned our gutters and reattached a downspout that had become detached in a storm. He was quick and efficient and super helpful. We will definitely use him again for repairs around our house!

Johnny installed a bathroom fan and fireplace doors for us. He came out and looked at the work, gave us a quote, and returned the next day to complete the work. He was professional and did high quality work. I highly recommend him. We will definitely be calling Johnny again for help.

Johnny helped me to get two rentals ready for sale this past year (2025). It helped to go through one person who could do it all from flooring to fixtures to painting to outdoor work (including crawl space and drainage) and even electrical/HVAC. Both houses had long term tenants so repairs were fairly extensive to get it sale ready but it was worth every penny
