We have had electricity issues and sought the help of expert. During this COVID pandemic, he came to our home promptly, wearing a mask, and adhering to social distancing rules. Diagnosed the potential problems inside the home and the possible problem outside of the home. He followed up with Pepco and ensured that outside work was completed. He also followed up with us to ensure we did not experience additional issues. We will continue to use the varied services provided by Precision Construction.

This company does excellent work. While there were other workers, I’ve only interacted directly with the owner. He is customer friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He ensures you know the work he’s doing and explains so you as a layperson understands. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

Precision Construction Company renovated an office building that had not been used for 8 years into a child and family friendly Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Family Center. The team worked efficiently, completing the renovation on time and remained within budget. I highly recommend Jay and team for their excellent work and customer friendly dedication.

Jay and his crew were a pleasure to get to know and work with. Our deck needed so much repairing and it turned out to be even more than could be seen on the surface. Everything was repaired for the deck to be safe on both levels and we appreciate Jay's checking all these problems. We would work with him again.

Jay came to help us out with a termite issue in our basement. He was punctual, flexible, easy to communicate and his team did a fantastic job! I was asking a lot trying to find someone for this realatively small job- lots of pieces throughout the apartment needed replaced and repaired- and on top of that the work needed to be coordinated with the pest control company so they could come treat when all the walls were opened up. Jay came through with flying colors! I would highly recommend Precision Construction Company. They do a fantastic job and know their stuff!
